2. Connect the dust extractor hose to the product.

4. Connect the product to a power source. Refer to

5. Turn the key of the operator presence control to the
right.
6. Stay behind the product and hold the handlebar with
your hands.
7. Do a check of the display to make sure that there are
no errors or warnings. Refer to
keypad on page 34 .
8. Attach the cord (A) of the operator presence control
on to your arm or to your clothing.

9. Turn the emergency stop button (B) clockwise
to make sure that the emergency stop button is
disengaged.
10. Turn the speed adjustment knob (C)
counterclockwise.
11. Turn the switch for direction of rotation for the motor
(D) right or left.
12. Push the start button (E).
13. If it is necessary, turn the speed adjustment knob
clockwise to increase the operation speed.

"RDY". If the product status shows "STO",
the emergency stop button is engaged or the
operator presence control is removed.
9. Turn the emergency stop button (C) clockwise
to make sure that the emergency stop button is
disengaged.
10. Push the start button (D).
11. Turn the speed adjustment for grinding discs (E)
clockwise or push the button (F) to increase the
grinding discs speed.
12. Turn the speed adjustment for grinding discs (E)
counterclockwise or push (G) to decrease the
grinding discs speed.
13. Push the button (H) to change the direction of
rotation of the grinding discs.
Keypad
The keypad has all controls that are necessary to
operate the product. The keypad has a digital display
with a menu system. Refer to
Main menu
In the home view, the "ESC" button (A) on the keypad
opens the menu system.
