Cause
There is an error on the controller in a card.
The current does not increase to the brake
release.
The frequency in the brake engage only op-
erate when the brake logic control is applied.
The communication card does not operate
correctly.
There is an error on the CANopen.
There is a fault on the product caused by an
external device.
There is a fault on the product caused by a
network.
The output contactor cannot open.
The power for time-out is on but the product
does not start.
The output contactor cannot open.
There is no current to A12, A13 or A14.
Solution
Refer to the card documentation.
Do a check of the cable connection between
the product and the motor.
Do a check of the cable connections in the
motor.
Do a check of the brake release.
Make sure that the correct settings for the
brake release are applied.
Do a check of the electromagnetic field in the
environment.
Do a check of the cable connections to the
communication card.
Do a check of the time-out.
Replace the option card.
Do a check of the product, repair if necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the cable connections.
Do a check of the time-out.
