Fault diagnosis QUICKJET QJ-600-E
Load (stone slab) is not lifted

Leak test
With the help of the „leak test"
it can be checked quicly and
reliably the vacuum and the
the function of the vacuum
fan.
Remove the suction plate,
switch on the device and close
the lower opening of the
device (e.g. with plexiglass or a
sheet metal plate).
Underpressure of min. 0,2 bar
must be reached on the
pressure gauge.

surfaces; cracks; recesses
(gaps); too much air-
permeable material (porous);
