Assembly C: Attaching to a recessed hanging cabinet
Materials required for assembly
(1) Exhaust hood, 1×
(11) Retaining plate, short, 2×
(12) Screw 4.0 × 18.0 mm, 4×
(13) Screw 4.0 × 10.0 mm, 6×
A suitable recess for the cabinet
– Minimum distance between cook-
er and lower edge of exhaust hood (1):
65–75 cm.
– The hanging cabinet must hang exactly
above the hob.
– The recess must meet the following re-
quirements:
– 60.0 cm in width
– 28.0 cm in depth
– > 20.0 cm in height
Attaching the Exhaust hood
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
■ The distance between the cooking
surfaces and the lower edge of the

Exhaust hood must be at least 65 cm
for gas cookers.
■ For gas stovetops, you must read the

user manual for the stovetop! If the
manual stipulates a larger distance,

this must be observed.

1. Turn the six screws (13) through the retain-
ing plate (11) into the corresponding open-
ings on the exhaust hood.
Do not secure them too tightly; it must be
possible to shift the retaining plate.
2. Position the exhaust hood in the desired
position and screw the two retaining plates
(11) tightly into the side walls of the recess
using the four screws (12).
