Energy-saving tips

– Only switch on the fan when needed; other-
wise, energy will be wasted.
– Let the fan run as long as cooking fumes
or steam are present.
– The fan is not needed when cooking for a
short time or warming up foods that have
little or no odour.
– Ensure that there is enough supply air; oth-
erwise, the exhaust hood may not function
optimally. If necessary, open the window or
kitchen door.
– Clean the grease filters (17) regularly.
