Start the cooking process

The following description applies to all func-
tions/heating modes except for
PYR . See below.

1. Selecting a function: Turn the function
dial (19) until the display (16) shows the
corresponding symbol and its standard
temperature.
2. To confirm the function selection and start
cooking, tap the sensor
The display shows the maximum cooking
time of hours, the standard tempera-

ture flashes to indicate that the oven is still
heating up. For functions with circulating
air or hot air, you will also see a rotating
fan symbol. The oven lighting is on. You will
hear a soft sound coming from the external
cooling fan.

3. Changing the cooking time: Turn the func-
tion dial (19) until the display (16) shows
the desired cooking time (
4. To confirm the displayed cooking time, tap
the sensor (14).

5. Adjusting the temperature: Turn the con-
troller (13) until the display (16) shows the
desired temperature.
6. To confirm the displayed temperature, tap
the sensor (14).
Once the preset cooking duration has
elapsed, you will hear five signal tones and
the oven will switch off automatically.
Interrupting/ending the
cooking process
To interrupt the cooking process
– tap the sensor (15) once.
The remaining cooking time and the cur-
rent temperature will flash in the display. To
continue cooking, tap the
– To end the cooking process, tap the
sensor (15) twice.
