32.2.4. Evaporator fill level
The more fluid filled in the evaporator flask, the higher the Solvent Level displayed is.
32.2.5. Display: hot bath in low position
Descending the hot bath, buoyancy in the hot bath fluid won't exist; hence, weight
displayed under Solvent Level will be higher ! For reproducible fill levels, it will be of
essence to run the hot bath against its upper mechanical stop all the time !
32.3. Start filling
After having activated evacuation by pressing the Auto Start Stop button and with
vacuum pressure in the evaporator flask, you may start filling the evaporator flask.
32.3.1. rotate min-rheostat to its LH end, using a coin.
32.3.2. rotate max-rheostat to its LH end with coin.
32.3.3. Hit Start filling key (Start filling LED lighting) and keep depressed until reaching
the right fill level in the evaporator flask. By vacuum pressure in the evaporator
flask, product is fed into the flask through the inlet valve being open now. Flow rate
may be regulated with the inlet valve.
32.3.4. Display Solvent Level read-out
If necessary the evacuation can be halted by shortly pressing the Vacuum Start/Stop
button to prevent foaming during filling (ref. vacuum control page 90)
Control light Start filling is lit when product is detected in feeding line by product sensor.
32.4. Set max. fill level
32.4.1. Hit Set max Level key (max Level LED lighting); limit value is displayed; this limit
value may be edited with the max rheostat.
32.4.2. Set value (from para. 0) so displayed on max rheostat with coin.
32.4.3. Automatic product supply is discontinued automatically when reaching this value,
hence reaching the evaporator flask's max. fill level all the time.
32.5. Set min. fill level
32.5.1. Hit Set min Level key (min Level LED lighting); limit value is displayed; this limit
value may be edited with the min rheostat.
32.5.2. Set max Level minus 10 - 50 units at min rheostat with a coin.
32.5.3. Automatic product supply is activated when reaching this value all the time.
