Bitte schliessen Sie das Gerät nur an eine geerdete Netzsteckdose an. Schalten Sie den Netzschalter aus, wenn das Gerät nicht in Betrieb ist, bzw. bevor es vom Netz genommen wird. Reparaturen dürfen nur von einem von Heidolph Instruments autorisierten Fachmann ausgeführt werden. Bitte achten Sie auf sicheren Stand des Gerätes! -
Seite 6: Aufbau
Antriebshohlwelle aber nicht eingedrückt wird. Rührwerk an Stativ befestigen Bei Verwendung des Heidolph Stativs die Klemme (E) am Stativ befestigen. Haltestange (B) samt dem befestigten Rührwerk in die zylindrische Öffnung der Klemme schieben. Danach das aufgehängte Rührwerk mit den beiden links und rechts an der Klemme angebrachten Griffschrauben befestigen. - Seite 7 Rührwerkzeug montieren Schaft des Rührflügels (N) (s.Zubehör) in das offene Spannfutter (D) schieben, gewünschte Höhe einstellen und den Verschlussring am Spannfutter per Hand und mit dem Schlüssel (M) wieder festdrehen. Flexible Rührerkupplung einsetzen Setzen Sie die flexible Rührerkupplung (O) mit dem Metallzapfen (P) in das Spannfutter (D) ein und ziehen Sie es mit dem Spannfutterschlüssel (M) fest an.

Die Regelung der Drehzahl erfolgt über einen Verstellknopf (F) im Bereich von 280-2200 min Zur Kontrolle ist seitlich am Getriebegehäuse eine Merkskala (G) angebracht. Das Rührwerk RZR 1 hat eine zusätzliche Welle (1) für den Drehzahlbereich 35-250 min . Das Wechseln des Drehzahlbereiches erfolgt durch Schwenken des Gerätes um 90°. -

Dies kann mit einem Blick durch die Schlitze der Motorhaube festgestellt werden. Eine eventuell notwendige Reparatur ist unbedingt von einem durch Heidolph autorisierten Fachmann auszuführen. ASSEMBLY The RZR 1 comes with a support rod (B) a 4mm Allen key, chuck, chuck key and 2mm Allen key. The clamp, stand, and paddle have to be ordered separately. See accessories. Install stand Loosen the Allen set screw (A) and insert the support rod (B) into the opening at the back of the stirrer (as in diagramm). - Seite 17 Install stirring tool Introduce stirring tool (N) into the chuck, put in place and secure with T-handle (M). Immersion depth of the stirring toolis adjusted by displacing the tool in and out in the open chuck (D). Install flexible coupling shaft Hold the flexible coupling shaft (O) in the chuck (D) by its metallic stud (P) and secure with T- handle (M).
