Indication Causes
Battery is low, functioning is only
guaranteed for a short period of
time
OL Reading is significantly above or
-OL below the measuring range
Battery is dead.
No display or un-
definable charac-
ters, the instrument
Operation of mains adapter: false
does not respond
voltage/polarity
to key press
System fault
CPG1000 is defective
Error code using RS-232 communication see chapter "7.4 Error Code".
CAUTION!
If faults cannot be eliminated by means of the measures listed above, the
CPG1000 must be shut down immediately, and it must be ensured that
pressure and/or signal are no longer present, and it must be prevented
from being inadvertently put back into service.
In this case, contact the manufacturer.
If a return is needed, please follow the instructions see chapter "10.2
Return".

Measures
Insert new batteries
Test: if pressure is within the
approved measuring range of the
sensor?
Insert new batteries
Check/replace mains adapter
Turn off the CPG1000, wait for
a short period of time, switch on
again
Send in for repair
