11. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND CARE

• After the assembly and before using the product, always make sure that all screws/nuts are
fully and correctly tightened.
• Clean the unit regularly with a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
• This is especially important for the seat and the handles, as these parts are in contact with
parts of your body during the entirety of training.
• Lubricate the bearing with commercially available grease at least once a year.

TRANSPORT

• Due to its heavy dead weight, we recommend asking a second person for help when
transporting the product. Proceed as follows: Put one foot on the front stand, hold the
product by the fi xed handlebar located underneath the training computer, and then tilt
the product so that it slides on the transport rollers. To put down the product, put one foot
on the front stand again and gently lower the product to the fl oor.
• Caution! The transport rollers can cause scratching or similar on parquet fl oors or other
softwood surfaces. Always place the product on a cloth or mat, and move the product
using the cloth/mat. The retailer or manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by
nonobservance!

12. NOTES ON DISPOSAL

Packaging materials are raw materials and can be recycled. Separate the packaging
materials correctly and dispose of them properly in the interest of the environment.

Used products do not belong in household waste!
Dispose of used products properly! Doing so helps fulfi ll our responsibility to protect
