Installing the hot tap process connection

Damage to pipe.

If the pipe walls are thin, support brackets and a baseplate must be welded on for
reinforcement to distribute the load. Otherwise, the mounting can be so unstable that the
pipe is damaged.
‣
When installing the weld-in nipples, always comply with the safety and mounting
instructions in the Operating Instructions.
