Fit the bolts diagonally: after tightening one bolt, continue with the opposite
bolt. Do not apply the specified torque immediately, increase the tightening
torque in several steps. Initially, the bolts should only be hand-tight. Then
tighten them diagonally in several steps up to the specified torque.

Mounting with a fitted force application part

The U10M can also be ordered as an option with a fitted force application bolt.
The transducer can then measure axial forces in both the tensile and pressure
directions. If the sensor is loaded alternately with tensile and compressive
forces, the upper and lower threaded connectors with locknuts must be pre-
