3 Befestigungssatz M6 mit
Hammermutter durch Langlöcher
der Baugruppe in die Nut des
Streckenprofi ls einführen, durch 90°
Drehung nach rechts fi xieren und
leicht anziehen (Fig. 7).
4 Beide Baugruppen auf Montagemaß
b + 2mm einstellen.

Die Stirnseiten der Laufrollen müssen
zu den Innenkanten der Anschläge von
HQ 2/O und HQ 2/T fl uchten (Fig. 8)!
5 Beide Baugruppen mit
Anzugsdrehmoment 10Nm
befestigen.
Abdeckbleche erst nach Abschluss
aller Montage-, Installations- und
Einstellarbeiten, jedoch vor der
Erstinbetriebnahme anbringen!

3 Insert fastening kit M6 with the T-nut
through the assembly's longitudinal
slots and into the section profi le's
groove, fi x it with a 90° turn to the
right and tighten lightly (Fig. 7).
4 Set both assemblies at assembly
measurements b + 2mm.

The face ends of the support rollers
must be aligned with the inner edges of
the HQ 2/O and HQ 2/T stops. (Fig. 8)!
5 Fasten both assemblies using a
tightening torque of 10Nm.
Attach the cover sheets only after
completing all assembly, installation and
adjustment work but before the initial
start-up!

3 Introduire le jeu de fi xation M6 avec
écrou à tête rectangulaire par les
trous longitudinaux de l'élément
dans la rainure du profi lé de section,
le fi xer en effectuant une rotation
de 90° vers la droite et serrer
légèrement (Fig. 7).
4 Ajuster les deux éléments à la cote
de montage b + 2mm.

Les faces des galets de roule-ment
doivent être alignées avec les bords
intérieurs des butées de HQ 2/O et
HQ 2/T (Fig. 8) !
5 Fixer les deux éléments avec un
couple de serrage de 10Nm.
Placer les tôles de protection seulement
après avoir effectué tous les travaux de
montage, d'installation et de réglage,
mais avant la première mise en service !
