Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Dieser Nachrüstsatz enthält Zubehör für den Rücklaufan-
schluss von Bosch Nkw-Injektoren (CRIN) am EPS 118 und
Teile für den Umbau des bestehenden CRIN Schlauchstutzens
1 683 350 902 (siehe letzte Seite) in das Rückschlagventil
1 683 350 904.
Umbau CRIN Schlauchstutzen

Im CRIN Schlauchstutzen 1 683 350 902 ist ein Rück-
schlagventil (0,8 bar) eingebaut und dieses wird für das
neue Rückschlagventil 1 683 350 904 verwendet.

CRIN Schlauchstutzen 1 683 350 902 in Rückschlagventil
1 683 350 904 umbauen (siehe letzte Seite).
Rücklaufanschluss von Nkw-Injektoren

Wird das Rückschlagventil 1 683 350 904 nicht nach An-
weisung verwendet oder falsch angeschlossen (z. B. direkt
am Nkw-Injektor), führt dies zu Fehlmessung und somit zu
einer Falschbeurteilung des Nkw-Injektors.

Der bisherige Rücklaufanschluss von Nkw-Injektoren (sie-
he Fig. 1) ist nicht mehr zulässig.

Nkw-Injektor nach Anschlussbild in der Software (ab
Software-Version 1.41.3) am EPS 118 anschließen. Beim
Anschließen immer darauf achten, ob das Rückschlagventil
1 683 350 904 für die Prüfung benötigt wird oder nicht
(siehe Fig. 2 und Fig. 3).

Der Rücklaufanschluss von Pkw-Injektoren bleibt unverän-
dert (siehe EPS 118 Betriebsanleitung).

Intended use
This supplementary equipment set contains accessories for
the return connection from Bosch commercial vehicle injec-
tors (CRIN) on the EPS 118 and parts for converting the exis-
ting CRIN hose fitting 1 683 350 902 (see last page) into the
check valve 1 683 350 904.
Converting the CRIN hose fitting

A check valve (0.8 bar) in installed in the CRIN hose fitting
1 683 350 902 and will be used for the new check valve
1 683 350 904.

Convert the CRIN hose fitting 1 683 350 902 into check
valve 1 683 350 904 (see last page).
Return connection from commercial vehicle injectors
!
If the check valve 1 683 350 904 is not used in accordance
with the instructions or is connected incorrectly (e. g.
directly to the commercial vehicle injector), a faulty mea-
surement results, leading to an incorrect evaluation of the
commercial vehicle injector.

Use of the previous return connection for commercial
vehicle injectors (see fig. 1) is no longer allowed.

Connect the commercial vehicle injector to the EPS 118 as
shown in the connection diagram in the software (soft-
ware version 1.41.3 or higher). When connecting, always
check whether or not check valve 1 683 350 904 is needed
for the test (see fig. 2 and fig. 3).

The return connection of passenger car injections remains
unchanged (see EPS 118 operating instructions).
