FIRsT INsTALLATIoN
The child seat consists of a booster seat (d) and a backrest (a) with height
adjustable headrest. Only the combination of both parts provides best protection
and comfort for your child.
Warning! The parts of the CBX ISIS and ISIS-fix must not be used alone or in
combination with boosters, backrests or headrests from other manufacturers or of
a different product series. In such cases, the homologation expires immediately.
Connect the backrest (a) to the booster (d) by hooking the guide lug (t) on the
axis (c) of the booster (d).
Note! Please keep the user guide close by for future reference (e.g. by storing it
under the cover at the front side of the backrest).
Warning! Please make sure that the plastic parts of the child seat never get
jammed (e.g. in the car door or by adjusting the back seat).
adjustment tO tHe bOdy size
For a proper height adjustment of the CBX ISIS or ISIS-fix a booster inlay (i) is
included and already inserted under the seat cover upon purchase.
– It is recommended to use this height adjustment inlay (i) between the age of 9
and 18 months.
– For children over 19 months the booster inlay (i) may be removed.
– Afterwards the height adjustment should be regulated by moving the headrest
(e) into the correct position. Pull the adjustment handle (h) in order to release
the headrest.
– The seat is correctly adjusted if you can fit 2 fingers between the bottom edge
of the headrest (e) and the shoulder of the child. Pull the adjustment handle (h)
in order to unlock the shoulder and headrest.
Note! Headrest (e) needs to be perfectly adjusted in height to provide the best
protection and comfort for your child and to also guarantee the optimal position
of the diagonal belt (f). The height of the headrest (e) can be adjusted in 7
positions.
REmovING THE boosTER INLAy
1. Open the press buttons at the front of the booster cover.
2. Lift the booster cover until the height adjusting inlay (i) can be easily removed
from the front.
3. Remove the booster inlay (i) according to the above age recommendations.
4. Put the seat cover back in its original position and fasten the press buttons.

Il seggiolino di sicurezza per auto è composto da una base seduta (d) e di uno
schienale (a) con protezioni per le spalle e appoggiatesta ad altezza regolabile.
Soltanto la combinazione delle due parti utilizzate insieme fornisce la migliore
protezione ed il migliore confort al Vostro bambino.
Attenzione! Le parti del seggiolino CBX ISIS ed ISIS-fix non devono assolutamente
essere usate separatamente o in combinazione con elementi di altro modello o
produttore. Tale evento comporterebbe l'immediata invalidità dell'omologazione.
Fissare lo schienale (a) alla seduta (d) agganciando l'apposita guida (t) sull'asse
(c) della base seduta (d).
Nota bene! Raccomandiamo di tenere sempre il manuale a portata di mano per
ogni riferimento futuro (ad es. sotto il rivestimento elastico nella parte posteriore
dello schienale).
Attenzione! Fare sempre molta attenzione affinché le parti in plastica del seggiolino
non vengano danneggiate durante l'uso (ad es. schiacciate dalle portiere o
durante aggiustamenti del sedili).
REGoLAZIoNE IN bAsE ALLA CoRPoRATURA DEL bAmbINo
I modelli CBX ISIS e CBX ISIS-fix sono dotati di un inserto (i) per la corretta regolazione
dell'altezza. L'inserto si trova sotto il rivestimento della seduta ed è premontato
all'acquisto.
– L'uso dell'inserto (i) per la regolazione dell'altezza è raccomandato per bambini
di età compresa tra 9 e 18 mesi.
– Dopo il 19mo mese l'inserto (i) può essere rimosso.
– In seguito la regolazione dell'altezza avverrà mediante il corretto posizionamento
del poggiatesta (e). Tirare verso l'alto la maniglia di regolazione (h) per sbloccare
il meccanismo del poggiatesta.
– La posizione corretta prevede che la distanza tra la parte inferiore del poggiate
sta (e) e la spalla del bambino permetta il passaggio di 2 dita. Tirare verso l'alto
la maniglia di regolazione (h) per sbloccare il meccanismo.
Nota bene! Solo quando il poggiatesta (e) è regolato nella posizione corretta si
ottengono la massima protezione ed il massimo comfort per il bambino. La corretta
regolazione assicura altresì il posizionamento ideale della cintura di sicurezza
diagonale (f). L'altezza del poggiatesta (e) può essere regolata in 7 posizioni.
RImoZIoNE DELL'INsERTo NELLA sEDUTA
1. Staccare i bottoni a pressione del rivestimento nella parte anteriore del seggiolino.
2. Sollevare il rivestimento e sfilare l'inserto (i).
3. Togliere l'inserto (i) quando necessario, in base alla fascia d'età raccomandata,
come sopra indicato.
4. Riposizionare il rivestimento e fissare i bottoni a pressione.
