6.9 PROCEDURA PER RINNOVO PERIODO DI

1-Verificare che siano presenti l'olio motore ed il
liquido di raffreddamento (quest' ultimo non è
presente nei motori raffreddati ad aria. Qualora non
siano presenti introdurli usando prodotti conformi
alle specifiche riportate alla pagina 9-5.
2-Togliere gli eventuali tappi di chiusura dei condotti
di servizio.
3-Agganciare l'impianto di alimentazione del
motore ad un serbatoio di servizio contenente
gasolio e protettivo MIL-L-2160B tipo 1 (10%).
4-Verificare il tensionamento delle cinghie di
servizio.

AGRÉÉ PAR VM MOTORI.
1-Vérifier la présence d'huile moteur et du liquide
de refroidissement (ce dernier n'est pas présent dans
les moteurs refroidis par air). En leur absence, les
introduire en utilisant des produits conformes aux
spécifications figurant à la page 9-5.
2-Enlever les bouchons de fermeture des conduits
de service.
3-Raccorder l'installation d'alimentation du moteur
à un réservoir de service contenant du gazole et un
protecteur MIL-L-2160B type 1 (10 %).
4-Vérifier la tension des courroies de service.
6.9 PROCEDURE FOR ROUTINE IN-STORAGE
REGENERATION (ENGINE NOT FITTED)
1-Check that there is both engine oil and liquid
coolant present (the latter is not present in air-
cooled engines). Should either be lacking, add the
appropriate product which complies with the
specifications listed on page 9-5.
2-Remove any closing caps on the service pipes.
3-Connect up the engine's supply system to a service
tank containing diesel and MIL-L-2160B type 1
additive (10%).
4-Check that the service belts are taut.
