• Effectuez toujours les contrôles préliminaires avant de
mettre le moteur en marche.
• Il vous sera ainsi possible d'éviter un accident ou des dommages de
l'équipement.
• Utilisez toujours de l'essence d'acquisition récente. Une vieille essence
laisse des dépôts de gomme dans le carburateur, provoque des fuites
et rend le démarrage du moteur difficile. N'achetez que la quantité
de carburant que vous utiliserez sous 1 mois et que vous conserverez
dans un bidon propre prévu à cet effet.
Attention Danger : Le carburant est hautement inflammable.
• Ne stockez pas, ne renversez pas ou n'utilisez pas de l'essence près
d'une flamme nue ou près d'appareils tels que poêles, fourneaux ou
chauffe-eau comportant une veilleuse ou susceptibles de provoquer
une étincelle.
• Ne faites pas le plein de carburant à l'intérieur ou dans un
local non-ventilé. Faites le plein uniquement à l'extérieur et ne
fumez pas pendant cette opération.
• Ajoutez du carburant avant de démarrer le moteur.
• Ne retirez jamais le bouchon du réservoir et ne remplissez pas le
réservoir quand le moteur est tourne ou quand il est chaud. Laissez
refroidir le moteur pendant 2 minutes avant de faire le plein de
carburant.

Altes Benzin hinterläßt Gummirückstände im Vergaser, führt zu

bewahren Sie es in einem eigens hierfür vorgesehenen Kanister auf.
Achtung Gefahr: Benzin ist leicht entzündlich.
• Lagern, verwenden oder gießen sie Benzin niemals in der Nähe
offener Flammen aus oder in der Nähe von Geräten wie Öfen,
Kochherden oder Warmwasserbereitern mit Dauerzündflamme oder
möglichem Funkenflug.
• Füllen Sie Benzin niemals in nicht gelüfteten abgeschos
senen Räumen durch. Füllen Sie Benzin nur im Freien nach und
vermeiden Sie während dieses Vorgangs das Rauchen.
• Füllen Sie Benzin nach, bevor Sie den Motor starten. Bei laufendem
oder heißem Motor niemals den Tankverschluss öffnen oder Benzin
nachfüllen. Lassen Sie den Motor 2 Minuten abkühlen, bevor Sie
Benzin nachfüllen.
• Drehen Sie den Tankdeckel und den Deckel des Reservekanisters
wieder richtig zu.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, den Motor zu starten, wenn Benzin ausgelaufen
ist, Sie Benzingeruch verspüren oder andere Gegebenheiten zu

• Always use petrol that you have bought recently. Old petrol leave
gum deposits in the carburettor, causes leaks and makes starting the
engine difficult. Only buy the amount of fuel you need for on month's
use and keep it in a clean jerrican set aside for this purpose.

• Do not store, do not spill and do not use the petrol near a naked
flame or near apparatus such as stoves, furnaces or water heaters
with a pilot light or liable to give off a spark.
• Do not fill up the mower with petrol indoors or in an
unventilated enclosed space. Fill up only outdoors and do
not smoke whilst doing so.
• Add fuel before starting the engine.
• Never remove the tank filler cap and do not fill up the tank when the
engine is running or still hot. Leave the engine to cool for 2 minutes
before filling up with petrol.
• Replace the tank filler cap and the jerrican cap correctly.
• Do not attempt to start the engine when any petrol has been spilt,
when you can smell petrol or when other explosive conditions are
present. Remove the mulching mower from the spillage area and
avoid causing any source of ignition until the petrol vapours have
dispersed.

• Ne transportez pas la tondeuse-mulcheuse avec de l'essence dans le
réservoir ou avec le robinet d'alimentation ouvert.
• Ne modifiez pas les ressorts de régulateur. Faites tourner le moteur au
régime préconisé.
• Ne contrôlez pas l'étincelle en retirant la bougie. Utilisez un
contrôleur homologué.
• Ne tirez pas sur le lanceur quand la bougie est retirée. Si le moteur
est noyé, amenez la commande de gaz en position MAXI et lancez le
moteur jusqu'à ce qu'il démarre.

herausgezo gen ist. Ist der Motor abgesoffen, dann stellen Sie den
Gashebel auf maximale Position und starten Sie den Motor bis er
anspringt.
• Schlagen Sie nicht mit einem Hammer oder hartem Gegenstand
gegen den Anlasser. Dies könnte während des Betriebs zu Schäden
am Anlasser führen. Wenden Sie sich bei wichtigen Eingriffen
an einen ETESIA Vertragshändler. Er verfügt über das für die
Motorwartung angemessene Werkzeug.
• Verwenden Sie den Motor nicht ohne Schalldämpfer. Überprüfen Sie
diesen regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie ihn, wenn er beschädigt oder
undicht ist.
• Do not transport the mulching mower with petrol in the tank or the
feed cock open.
• Do not modify the regulator springs. Run the engine at the speed
recommended.
• Do not check the spark by removing the spark plug. Use an approved
spark plug tester.
• Do not pull the starter when the spark plug is out. If the engine is
flooded, bring the gas lever to the MAXI position and pull until the
engine starts.
• Do not strike the engine flywheel with a hammer or hard object, as
this may cause the flywheel to break during use : for any important
work that needs doing on the machine, always contact an ETESIA
dealer, who will have all the tools needed for engine maintenance.
• Do not use the engine without the silencer. Inspect the latter
regularly and have it replaced if it is damaged or leaking.
• Do not touch the exhaust pipe, the cylinder or the cylinder fins when
they are hot or you will burn yourself.
• Do not use your mulching mower in wooded areas, scrub, or on
fallow or grassy land if the exhaust pipe is not equipped with a spark
arrestor. (The spark arrestor must be kept in good condition by the
owner or operator).
