6- En cas d'échange de pièces sous garantie, ETESIA se réserve le droit
d'utiliser des pièces neuves ou d'occasion. les pièces remplacées
gratuitement doivent en tous les cas être restituées au
concessionnaire, qui les retournera à ETESIA. Elles restent la
propriété d'ETESIA.
7- Cette garantie ne couvre cependant pas les pièces qui sont
devenues inultilisables par suite d'une réparation non-conforme ou
d'une usure normale.
La garantie contractuelle d'un an couvre toute les pièces contre tout
vice de fabrication ou défaut de matière. Cette garantie ne couvre
cependant pas la dégradation des pièces soumises à l'usure
normale, à savoir : bougie, éléments de filtration (air, carburant,
huile), pot d'échappement, joints et membranes, conduits de
carburant, câbles et gaines, lames et pièces d'accouplement,
courroies, bandages de roues, etc.
8- Le droit à l'ensemble de la garantie est annulé dans les cas suivants :
- Pour des dégâts consécutifs à un non-respect des indications de
sécurité, d'entretien ou de stockage, telles qu'elles sont décrites
dans la présente notice d'utilisation. ETESIA décline toute
responsabilité, civile en particulier, pour tous dégâts résultant de
l'utilisation non conforme de la tondeuse-mulcheuse et/ou du
non-respect de indications de la présente notice.
6. Beim Auswechseln von unter Garantie stehenden Teilen behält
ETESIA sich das Recht vor, neue Teile oder gebrauchte Teile
zu verwenden. Die ersetzten Teile müssen in jedem Fall dem
Vertragshändler zurückgegeben werden, der diese an ETESIA
weiterleitet. Sie sind Eigentum von ETESIA.
7. Diese Garantie bezieht sich nicht auf Teile, die durch nicht
angemessenen Gebrauch oder normale Abnutzung unbrauchbar
geworden sind.
Die einjährige vertragliche Garantie deckt Herstellungs- oder
Materialfehler bei Ersatzteilen ab. Diese Garantie bezieht sich jedoch
nicht auf Verschleißteile, die der normalen Abnutzung unterliegen
wie: Zündkerze, Filter (Luft, Benzin, ÖL), Auspufftopf, Gelenke
und Ventile Benzinleitungen, Kabel und Schläuche, Messer und
Kupplungsteile, Riemen, Reifenschläuche oder Felgen usw.
8. Die Garantie greift nicht in folgenden Fällen:
- Folgeschäden bei Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheitsanweisungen,
Wartungs- oder Lagerungsanleitungen wie sie in dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben werden. ETESIA übernimmt
keine Haftung für jegliche Schäden, die auf nicht konformer
Benutzung des Mulchmähers und/oder Nichteinhaltung der
Gebrauchsanweisung beruhen.
6. In the event of a parts exchange under the warranty, ETESIA reserves
the right to use new or second-hand parts. Parts replaced free of
charge must in all cases be returned to the dealer, who will return
them to ETESIA. They remain the property of ETESIA.
7. This warranty, however, does not cover parts which have become
unusable following non-conform repairs or normal wear.
The contractual one-year warranty covers all parts against any
manufacturing or material defect. This warranty does not cover the
damage to parts subjected to normal wear, namely : spark plugs,
filters (air, petrol, oil), exhaust pipe, seals and membranes, fuel pipes,
cables and sheaths, blades and coupling parts, belts, tyres or solid
wheels, etc.
8. The right to the full benefit of the warranty is cancelled in the
following cases :
- For damage resulting from the failure to comply with the
indications concerning safety, maintenance or storage, as they are
described in these instructions for use. ETESIA refuses all liability,
civil in particular, for any damage resulting from the non-conform
use ofthe mulching mower and/or the failure to respect the
indications in this booklet.

- Pour des dégâts consécutifs à un accident ou à une collision.
- Par la suite d'une modification de l'état original de la tondeuse-
mulcheuse et/ou de l'utilisation de pièces qui ne sont pas d'origine,
si ceci est à l'origine du dommage.
- En cas d'intervention par des ateliers autres que ceux agréés par
ETESIA.
9- En cas de changement de propriétaire de la tondeuse –mulcheuse,
le délai de la garantie restant peut être reporté au bénéfice du
nouveau propriétaire, s'il en fait la demande.
Ce faisant, le nouveau propriétaire confirme qu'il a reçu en même
temps que l'appareil la notice d'utilisation et les conditions de
garantie, et qu'ils les accepte.
10- ETESIA se réserve la possibilté de vérifier si les conditions
préliminaires d'octroi de la garantie contractuelle ont été
respectées par l'acheteur.
11- Lorsque l'application de la garantie est demandée, la Société
ETESIA livre les pièces détachées aussi vite que possible. Une
livraison immédiate ne peut cependant être éxigée. Un retard de
livraison ne justifierait en aucun cas une demande de dommage et
intérêts à l'encontre de la société ETESIA. De même, il n'entraînerait
aucune prolongation de la garantie.
12- Toute revendication supplémentaire vis à vis d'ETESIA est exclue.
- Gleiches gilt bei Schäden, die durch einen Unfall oder
Zusammenstoß entstanden sind.
- Schäden die auf einer Veränderung des Originalzustands des
Mulchmähers und / oder Verwendung von nicht original
Ersatzteilen beruhen.
- Bei Eingriffen durch eine nicht von ETESIA zugelassene Werkstatt.
9. Sollte der Mulchmäher den Besitzer wechseln, so kann die
verbleibende Garantiezeit auf den neuen Besitzer überwechseln,
wenn dieser dies beantragt.
Der neue Besitzer bestätigt somit, dass er gleichzeitig mit der
Maschine die Gebrauchsanweisung und die Garantiebedingungen
erhalten und akzeptiert hat.
10. ETESIA behält sich das Recht vor zu überprüfen, ob die
Bedingungen für eine Gewährung der Garantie vom Käufer erfüllt
wurden.
11. Werden Garantieforderungen gestellt, so liefert ETESIA die
Ersatzteile zu schnell wie möglich. Eine sofortige Lieferung kann
jedoch nicht verlangt werden. Lieferungsverzögerungen
berechtigen in keinem Fall zu Schadensersatzforderungen an die
Firma ETESIA. Sie führen auch nicht zu einer Verlängerung der
Garantie.
12- Jede weitere Forderung an ETESIA ist ausgeschlossen.

- For damage subsequent to a modification of the original condition
of the mulching mower and/or the use of non-original parts, if this
is the cause of the damage
- If work has been done on the machine in workshops other than
those approved by ETESIA.
9. In the event of the mulching mower changing owner, the remaining
warranty period may be transferred to the new owner, if he requests
it.
By doing this, the new owner confirms that he has received at the
same time as the machine the instructions for use and the terms of
the warranty, and that he accepts them.
10. ETESIA reserves the right to check if the preliminary conditions for
granting the benefits of the contractual warranty have been
respected by the purchaser.
11. When application of the warranty is requested, ETESIA will deliver
the spare parts as quickly as possible. Immediate delivery, however,
may not be demanded. Late delivery can on no account justify a
request for damages from ETESIA. Similarly, it will not lead to any
extension of the warranty period.
12- Any other claims against ETESIA are excluded.
