Most operating anomalies are due to incorrect use of the mulching mower or a lack of the normal maintenance that we recommend.
Below we suggest some simple ways to identify basic faults and remedy them. If the breakdown persists nevertheless, we recommend that you
contact one of our ETESIA dealers (list on request from ETESIA - 67165 WISSEMBOURG).
FAULTS
The engine does not start
There is insufficient compression
No fuel in the combustion chamber
Spark plug fouled by the fuel
Weak or no spark
The engine lacks power
Engine overheats
The engine does not reach its
normal speed
Defective starter
Uneven running, strong vibrations
Bad cutting
Grass deposits visible on the lawn
Grass deposits visible behind
the mulcher
Drive clutch slipping
If these checks are not enough to deal with the breakdown, contact an approved ETESIA dealer.
Important : when replacing parts, use only ETESIA original parts. The quality of the work carried out, the service life of the
mulching mower and your safety depend on it.
The use of "non original" parts, as well as putting the user at risk, would lead to the cancellation of the warranty for any resulting
damage. ETESIA can accept no liability in the event of any accident due to the use of a "non original" spare part.

The piston, the cylinder, the segments,

REMEDY
Contact an approved ETESIA

Tighten appropriately
Fill up the fuel tank
Open the fuel cock
Clean
Put the gas lever on the "MAXI" position
and turn the engine over with the spark
plug out to eliminate the excess fuel

Replace the petrol
Replace the spark plug

Top up or change the oil
