11. GARANTIE
CONDITIONS GENERALES DE GARANTIE
- En sus de la garantie légale, ETESIA offre une garantie supplémentaire
contre les défauts de fabrication ou de matière. D'une manière
générale, la garantie ETESIA concerne l'échange gratuit des pièces
qui sont devenues inutilisables suite à un défaut de matière ou de
fabrication. Cette garantie s'applique au produit tel qu'il quitte l'usine.
- Le transporteur est seul responsable des dégâts de transports.
- La notice d'utilisation, livrée avec chaque tondeuse-mulcheuse
contient des recommandations essentielles. Il est absolument
indispensable de les respecter pour obtenir un bon fonctionnement
de celle-ci.
11. GARANTIE
ALLGEMEINE GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
- Zusätzlich zur gesetzlichen Garantie bietet ETESIA eine weitere
Garantie gegen Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler. Im allgemeinen
bezieht sich diese ETESIA Garantie auf das kostenlose Auswechseln
der Teile, die aufgrund von Herstellungs- oder Materialfehlern
unbrauchbar geworden sind. Diese Garantie gilt für das Produkt
sobald es das Werk verläßt.
- Der Spediteur trägt die alleinige Verantwortung für Transportschäden.
- Die Gebrauchsanweisung wird mit jeder Mäh- und Mulchmaschine
mitgeliefert und beinhaltet wichtige Empfehlungen. Halten Sie diese
unbedingt ein, wenn Sie möchten, dass der Mulchmäher gut läuft.
11. WARRANTY
GENERAL TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
- As well as the statutory warranty, ETESIA offers a supplementary
warranty against manufacturing or material defects. Generally
speaking, the ETESIA warranty concerns the free replacement of parts
that have become unusable due to a material or manufacturing fault.
This warranty applies to the product as it leaves the factory.
- The transporter alone is liable for any damage during transport.
- The instruction booklet provided with each mulching mower contains
essential recommendations. It is absolutely essential that they be
respected if the mower is to function correctly.

Garantie contractuelle.
- La garantie contractuelle ETESIA pour la durée d'un an à partir de la
date d'achat de la tondeuse mulcheuse n'est accordée que
sous-réserve du strict respect des conditions ci-après :
1- Les indications de la présente notice d'utilisation doivent être
respectées.
2- Le certificat de garantie a été retourné à ETESIA immédiatement
après l'achat. Le formulaire adéquat est inséré dans la présente
notice.
3- Pour faire jouer la garantie, l'acheteur s'adressera d'abord au
concessionnaire. Si cela ne s'avère pas possible, il peut également
s'adresser à ETESIA.
4- Tout défaut mécanique reconnu comme tel par ETESIA sera réparé
gratuitement (pièces et main d'œuvre) auprès du concessionnaire
ETESIA. Le transport de la machine ou des pièces restent à la charge
de l'utilisateur.
5- Si des travaux sont effectués dans le cadre de cette garantie, en
particulier dans le cas d'échange de pièces, ceci ne donne lieu en
aucun cas à un nouveau départ de la garantie.
Vertragliche Garantie.
- Die vertragliche ETESIA Garantie beläuft sich auf ein Jahr ab
Kaufdatum des Mulchmähers. Sie wird nur bei genauster Einhaltung
der folgenden Bedingungen gewährt:
1- Die Angaben dieser Gebrauchsanweisung müssen eingehalten
werden.
2- Das Garantiezertifikat wurde sofort nach dem Kauf an
ETESIA zurückgeschickt. Das richtige Formular ist in dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung enthalten.
3- Bei Garantieforderungen hat der Käufer sich zunächst an den
Vertragshändler zu wenden. Ist dies nicht möglich, dann können Sie
sich auch direkt an ETESIA wenden.
4- Alle von ETESIA anerkannten mechanischen Störungen werden
kostenlos beim ETESIA Vertragshändler beseitigt (Ersatzteile und
Arbeitsaufwand). Der Transport der Maschine oder von Ersatzteilen
ist vom Benutzer zu übernehmen.
5- Sollten im Rahmen dieser Garantie Arbeiten durchgeführt werden,
vor allem das Auswechseln von Ersatzteilen, dann führt dies nicht zu
einer erneuten Verlängerung der Garantie.
Contractual warranty.
- The ETESIA contractual warranty valid one year from the date of
purchase of the mulching mower is granted subject to strict
compliance with the conditions below :
1. The indications in these instructions for use must be respected.
2. The warranty certificate must have been returned to ETESIA
immediately after purchase. The appropriate form is included with
this instruction booklet.
3. To claim against the warranty, the purchaser must first of all contact
the dealer. If this is not possible for any reason, he may also contact
ETESIA directly.
4. Any mechanical fault recognised as such by ETESIA will repaired free
of charge (parts and labour) by the ETESIA dealer. The cost of the
transport of the machine and any parts remain payable by the user.
5. If work is carried out under the terms of this warranty, in particular in
the case of the replacement of parts, on no account will this give rise
to the warranty period starting again.
