7.3 Entretien du systeme de transmission d'avance.
(fig.14 p. 30).
Vous accédez au dispositif de réglage au niveau de l'assemblage
intermédiaire gauche du guidon.
Important ! vérifiez régulièrement le bon réglage du câble
d'embrayage de d'avance.
L0=longueur du ressort au repos. L1=longueur du ressort lorsque la
commande correspondante est actionnée.
La contrainte du ressort (valeur L1-L0) en position embrayée, moteur
arrêté, doit être maintenue à une valeur comprise entre 17 et 22 mm.
Lorsque la commande d'embrayage est relâchée, aucune tension du
câble ne doit s'exercer sur le ressort.
Réglage de la tension du câble d'embrayage :
L'ajustement de cette valeur peut être effectué sans outil après
desserrage de la molette prévue sur le dispositif. Resserrez la molette
après avoir procédé à l'ajustement.
7.3 Wartung des antriebssystems.

Wichtig! Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die Einstellung des
Kupplungskabels.

Die Federspannung (Wert L1-L0) in gekuppelter Position bei gestopptem
Motor muss zwischen 17 und 22mm liegen. Wenn die Kupplung gelöst
wird, darf das Kabel keine Spannung auf die Feder ausüben.
Einstellen der Kupplungskabelspannung:
Das Einstellen dieses Werts kann ohne Werkzeug vorgenommen
werden. Drehen Sie die das Rädchen an der Vorrichtung los. Drehen
Sie das Rädchen wieder fest, nachdem Sie die Einstellung
vorgenommen haben.
7.4 Überprüfung der sicherheitsvorrichtungen.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Sicherheitsschaltung funktioniert: Haltebügel
der Sicherheitsschaltung los = Stop des Schnittmessers in weniger als
3 Sekunden.
7.3 Maintenance of the drive transmission system

The adjustment device can be found at the intermediate part of the
handlebar assembly.
Important ! regularly check the correct adjustment of the
drive clutch cable.
L0=length of the spring at rest. L1=length of the spring when the
corresponding control is activated.
The compression on the spring (value L1-L0) in the engaged position,
with the engine off, must be maintained at a value of between 17 and
22mm. When the clutch control is released, none of the tension in the
cable should be exercised on the spring.
Adjustment of the clutch cable tension :
This value can be adjusted without any tools by loosening the
thumbwheel provided on the device. Tighten the thumbwheel again
after making the adjustment.

7.4 Vérification des dispositifs de securite.
Assurez-vous du bon fonctionnement de la commande de sécurité :
arceau de maintien de la commande de sécurité relâché = arrêt de la
lame de coupe en moins de 3 secondes.
- Vérifiez régulièrement la présence et le bon état de la bavette de
sécurité. Faites-la remplacer dès qu'elle présente des traces de
détérioration.
Si vous constatez une irrégularité de fonctionnement, faites
vérifier le système de sécurité par votre revendeur ETESIA.
7.5 Entretien regulier du moteur
7.5.1 Graissage – vidange
Contrôlez régulièrement le niveau d'huile du moteur : toutes les 5
heures ou avant chaque utilisation.
Placez la tondeuse-mulcheuse sur une aire horizontale dégagée.
- Nettoyez soigneusement le pourtour du tube de remplissage et du
bouchon.
- Dévissez le bouchon du tube de remplissage et retirez la jauge.
- Essuyez la jauge avec un chiffon propre, réintroduisez-la dans le tube
de remplissage et revissez le bouchon.

7.5 Regelmässige Motorwartung
7.5.1 Fetten - Ölwechsel
Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Motorölstand: alle 5 Stunden oder vor
jedem Gebrauch.
Stellen Sie die Mäh- und Mulchmaschine auf eine ebene, freigeräumte
Fläche.
- Säubern Sie sorgfältig die Umrandung des Füllstutzens und des
Deckels.
- Schrauben Sie den Deckel vom Füllstutzen ab und ziehen Sie den
Ölstab heraus.
- Wischen Sie den Ölstab mit einem sauberen Tuch ab, führen Sie ihn
wieder in den Füllstutzen ein und schrauben Sie den Deckel wieder
darauf.
7.4 Checking the safety devices.
Ensure that the safety control is working properly : holding bar of the
safety device released = the cutting blade stops in less than 3 seconds.
- Regularly check that the safety flap is in place and in good condition.
Have it replaced if it shows any signs of wear or damage.
If you notice any irregularity in operation, have the safety
system checked by your ETESIA dealer.
7.5 Regular maintenance of the engine
7.5.1 Lubrication - oil change
Regularly check the engine's oil level : every 5 hours or before each
use.
Place the mulching mower on an unencumbered horizontal surface.
- Clean carefully around the edge of the filler neck and cap.
- Unscrew the filler neck cap and take out the dipstick.
- Wipe the dipstick with a clean cloth, put it back in the filler neck and
screw the cap back on.
