TMD INDICATOR PRESSURE REDUCER
9.1 DESCRIPTION
The indicator is finished to customer requirements and can be adapted to different mounting
EN

The front panels can be adapted and variably designed to fit in with practical requirements.

connecting elements are covered by the front panel.
There are different manometer variations for the assembly, including with the prepared dial ace

The indicator pressure reducers are fitted and checked for helium leaks in the factory. They form a
ready-to-use system.
Applications:
Front panel integration in laboratory equipment, equipping metering cabinets, basic equipment for
appliances and machines and much more.
9.2 FITTING THE TMD
Check the colour code on the handwheel and the gas type and back pressure on the

Only fit the pressure regulator if the colour code, gas type and back pressure meet your
requirements!
The system must be made depressurized before installation begins. Depending on the
gas type, residual gases in the pipes must be let off safely. Danger of fire, explosion or

For safety reasons, repairs may only be carried out by the manufacturer with genuine replacement

reliability. GCE recommends that a maintenance contract is taken out. Please contact the
manufacturer (see last page).
10.2 DISPOSAL OF OLD PARTS
Old parts are waste "if the owner has the desire to dispose of this safely".
Waste must be forwarded for "proper disposal in order to maintain general welfare, in particular to
protect the environment". For this reason, old parts must therefore be disposed of in accordance
with the law on the avoidance and disposal of waste (Abfallgesetz-AbfG) or forwarded for recycling.
Municipal and community-owned collection points for special waste or enterprises specialising in
the disposal of old parts will accept the old parts.
