INSTALLATION PRINCIPLE/LAB 400 VARIATIONS
4.1 OVERVIEW

4.2 LabSystem COMPONENTS
EMD 400 BLEED PRESSURE REDUCER
(also EMD 400-01 in analysis design), single-stage with metal membrane. Available electro-polished
in nickel-plated brass or special steel. Input 3/8" internal screw thread or G 1/4" internal screw thread
from the left side, 3 outputs G 1/4" internal screw thread right, above (manometer) and below. Can
be combined with MVA 400 G, MVR 400 W and MVA 400 W.

PRELIMINARY SHUT-OFF VALVE MVA 400 G
with metal membrane for bleed points. Available electro-polished in nickel-plated brass or special
steel. Input G 3/8" internal screw thread, output G 3/8" external screw thread. Can be combined with
EMD 400, MVR-A400 and MVA 400 W.
WALL SHUT-OFF VALVE MVA 400 W 00
with metal membrane. Available electro-polished in nickel-plated brass or special steel. Input G
3/8" internal screw thread, output G 3/8" external screw thread. Can be combined with EMD 400,
MVR-A400 und MVA 400 W.
FLAME ARRESTER FS 400
Material: brass (nickel-plated) for C
EMD 400.
VOLUMETER SVM 400
without adapter, with control valve, allows the specific bleeding of different flow volumes. Material:
black anodized aluminium. Input G 1/4" m, output 6 mm tube fitting. Can be combined with EMD
400.
