1. Safety instructions
1.2 Intended use
The stations described are intended only for operation with appropriate and approved solar fluid. Make sure the quantity of antifreeze is
adequate. The use of any other medium is not permitted.
Media temperature
> 60°C (risk of scalding)
Set or filling pressure
< response pressure of the safety valve
All shut-off valves must only be closed by an authorised specialist during a service incident and when the collectors
are covered otherwise the safety valves will not work.
CAUTION: Do not make any changes to the electrical components, the design of the system or the hydraulic components!
This would adversely impact on the safe function of the system.
1.3 Commissioning
Before commissioning, the system should be checked for leak tightness, correct hydraulic connection and proper and correct electrical
connections. Furthermore, an adequate flushing of the system should be performed as required in accordance with DIN 4753. Commis-
sioning must be performed by trained experts and recorded in writing. The settings must also be recorded in writing. The technical docu-
mentation must remain with the device.
1.4 When working on the system
The system must be disconnected from the mains and monitored to ensure that no voltage is being supplied (e.g. at the separate cut-out
or a main switch). Secure the system against being restarted. Cover the collectors to cool down the system.
WARNING! Risk of scalding: Media temperature > 60°C
