Disassembling the grease separator
Dismantling the grease separator system e.g. for transportation purposes by the manufacturer or by
persons authorised by the manufacturer
•
Make sure that the grease separator system has been completely emptied and cleaned.
•
Remove the disposal tanks <20> <22> including the drain hoses <46> <48> attached to these.
•

•
Take the ventilation for the heating cover <36> off.
•
Take the inlet pipe <16> with the upper aeration pipe off.
•
Remove the heating cover <42> if necessary (see 7.4.)
•
Take the sludge extraction feature off if necessary <25>,
•
with NS 15-20 remove the connection <37> between the grease separator and the balance tower.
