Air distribution ring
positioned incorrectly
(pin not in bore hole)
or damaged.
Corrective action
Tighten paint nozzle
using universal wrench.
Replace air distribution
ring (see 9.2).
Tighten air nozzle by
hand.
Clean air circuit. Read
and follow cleaning
instructions (see 10).
Clean nozzle set. Read
and follow cleaning
instructions (see 10).
Replace nozzle set
(see 9.1).
Fill gravity flow cup
(see 8.2).
Replace paint nozzle
packing (see 9.3).
Clean air nozzle. Read
and follow cleaning
instructions (see 10).
Check paint nozzle tip
for damage and replace
nozzle set if necessary
(see 9.1).
Replace air distribution
ring (see 9.2).
