3.1
Checking the Scope of Delivery
/ Compare the positions listed in the delivery note with
the catalogue numbers which appear on the box contai-
ning the components.
"3° Do not open the box yet.
Before unpacking the box, consult the operating instruc-
tions. The parts must be taken out and prepared for assem-
bly in the same sequence in which they are mentioned in
the operating instructions (see, too, Point 9 - Description
of Accessories).
"®" For this reason, check the catalogue numbers of the
parts delivered in the same sequence as they appear in
the operating manual.
3.2
Assembly of Basic Unit (1), Vacuum Pump
(16) and Exhaust Filter (17)

Setting Up the LYOVAC GT 2 Basic Unit (1)
/ Unpack the basic unit (1) (Cat. No. 045 55 or 045 54).
/ Check the scope of delivery of the basic unit (1) which
includes the following:
- 1 Basic unit (1) with vacuum line for connection to the
vacuum pump (18) and electrical connecting cable, 2
RTD measuring leads* and 1 Measuring lead for the TR
201 vacuum gauge.
The following parts are included separately:
- 1 Set of operating manuals and instructions for the fol-
lowing:
a) LYOVAC GT 2
b) TR 201 vacuum gauge
c) Oils for pumps
d) Leak detection
e) List of spare parts for the GT 2.
- 1 Centering ring DN 16 KF (Cat. No. 183 26) for con-
necting the vacuum pump (16)
- 1 Tension ring DN 10/16 KF (Cat. No. 183 41) for con-
necting the vacuum pump (16)
- 1 Vacuum gauge TR 201 (15) (Cat. No. 162 02)
- 1 Pipe bend DN 10 KF (Cat. No. 184 31)
3.1.
Controle des composants livres
/ Comparez les postes repris sur la note d'envoi avec les
colis recus (munis de leurs n° de catalogue).
ra* Recommandation : ne pas ouvrir les emballages avant
controle du numero de catalogue.
Nous vous conseillons de bien verifier si tous les colis
component un numero de catalogue et sont bien repris sur
la liste de votre note d'envoi.
" Ceci doit etre effectue avant toute mise en service de
l'appareil.
3.2.
Montage de l'appareil de base avec pompe a
vide et filtre d'echappement
3.2.1.
Installation de l'appareil de base LYOVAC GT2:
/ Deballer l'appareil de base (cat n° 045 55 ou 045 54)
/ Examiner l'appareil de base (fig 1, 2 et 3) c.a.d. si l'ap-
pareil de base (1) comporte un flexible (18) pour rac-
cordement a la pompe a vide ainsi que les cables de
raccordement electriques adequats, 2 cables pour PT
100* et 1 cable pour tube de mesure TR 201
Le manuel d'instruction doit comporter:
a) mode d'emploi du LYOVAC GT2,
b) mode d'emploi tube de mesure TR 201,
c) mode d'emploi huile pour pompe a vide,
d) mode d'emploi detection de fuites,
e) liste de pieces de rechange GT2.
Materiel:
- 1 anneau de centrage DN 16 KF (cat n° 183 26) pour
adaptation du flexible a la pompe a vide.
- 1 collier de serrage DN 10/16 KF (cat n° 183 41) pour
raccordement flexible et pompe a vide.
- 1 capteur de mesure de vide (15) TR 201 (catn° 162 02).
- 1 coude DN 10 KF (cat n° 18431).
- 2 anneaux de centrage DN 10 KF (cat n° 183 21) pour
montage capteur de mesure de vide.
- 2 colliers de serrage DN 10/16 KF (cat n° 183 41) pour
montage capteur de mesure de vide.
