3.Preparation pour une premiere mise en
marche
d) If Ihe scope of delivery includes a second RTD (31)
(Cat. No. 045 59), for example, for measuring the pro-
duct temperature, this RTD must be plugged into the se-
cond socket of the intermediate ring (4) and make
contact with the RTD measuring lead (55) marked T2.
Note:
Make sure to avoid confusion. The shelf control will
only function properly if the RTD (31) intended for the
shelves has been plugged in correctly in the socket for
the lead (55) marked SHELF.
/ Unpack the RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector)
(31) (Cat. No. 045 59).
/ Plug in the plug in the RTD socket of the intermediate
ring (4) in which the RTD lead (55) marked SHELF has
been contacted.
/ Unpack the multiple shelf frame (6) (Cat. No. 045 65).
/ Insert the frame in the 3 support boreholes intended for
this purpose in the base plate (3).
/ Unpack and count the support hoops (7) (Cat. No. 045 66).
/ Insert the support hoops (7) in the multiple shelf frame
(6) beginning with the second borehole from the top.
Clamp a hoop to every second borehole.
Option 2 (for the multiple shelf frame)
/ Unpack the disk shield (30) (Cat. No. 045 63) and
place it in the lowest support hoop.
Note:
This disk (30) decreases the heat radiated toward the
condenser coils (19) by the lowest product tray (9) or by
the lowest heatable shelf (9) which in turn decreases the
drying time.
Option 3 (Fig. 7)
• Unpack the single shelf frame (29) (Cat. No. 045
57).
The scope of delivery includes the following:
- 1 Steel shelf
- 3 Plastic supports.
/ Place the 3 plastic supports in the 3 boreholes of the
base plate (3) and put the steel plate on top of them.
/ Unpack and count the heatable shelf or shelves (8) (Cat.
No. 045 69).
/ Put the shelf or shelves (8) on the support hoop(s) (7) in
the single (29) or multiple shelf frame (6).
/ Plug in the plug of the heatable shelf or shelves into the
corresponding socket(s) in the intermediate ring.
d) si vous avez commande un deuxieme PT100 pour la
lecture de la temperature (T2) du produit, introduire
egalement la fiche du 2e cable PT100.
Attention:
Veillez a ne pas vous tromper en introduisant les fiches
PT100!!!
Seule la fiche PT100 ,,SHELF" permet la regulation
electrique des plateaux chauffants.
S Deballer la sonde PT100 (31) (cat n° 045 59).
/ Placer la fiche de la sonde dans la prise interieure cor-
respondant a la prise ,,SHELF" (plateau).
/ Deballer le support de plusieurs plateaux (6) (cat n°
045 65).
/ Placer ce support dans les 3 logements du plateau de
base (3).
/ Deballer les archets de support (7) (cat n° 045 66) et
controler leur nombre
y Les placer dans le support general.
Option 2
(pour support a plusieurs plateaux)
y Deballer le plateau ecran (30) (cat n° 045 63) et
le placer sur le premier archet de support.
Ce plateau ecran permet de diminuer le temps de subli-
mation en supprimant l'effet de rayonnement calorifi-
que du condenseur sur les plateaux de chargement.
Option 3 (fig. 7)
/ Deballer le support pour 1 plateau (29) (cat n°
045 57)
La livraison comprend:
- 1 plateau
- 3 supports en teflon
/ Placer les 3 supports dans les logements du plateau de
base et puis deposer le plateau.
/ Deballer les plateaux de chargement chauffants (n) (8)
(cat n° 045 69) et verifier leur nombre
/ Placer le nombre de plateaux chauffants (n) sur les ar-
chets du support
/ Introduire les fiches des cables des plateaux dans les
prises electriques interieures.
