Option 1 (Fig. 7)
/ Unpack the valve plate (5) (Cat. No. 045 62).
The scope of delivery includes the following:
- 1 Perforated disk (26) (with 4 valve boreholes)
- 1 Operating sliding handle (27)
-1 Teflonized magnet (28)
/ Place the perforated disk (26) on the base plate in
such a way that it can move freely. Insert the magnet
(28) in the well provided for it in the magnet holder.
/ Insert the operating handle (27) in the groove on the
outside of the intermediate ring (4).
Note:
The perforated disk (26) has been positioned correctly
if it can be moved easily through the magnetic force in
the operating handle (27).
CAUTION
It is important to avoid having the magnet (28) attracted
directly by the operating handle. The magnetic force is
so great that it is then very difficult to separate the ma-
gnet again.
/ Connect the vacuum gauge (15) to the base plate (3).
For this purpose proceed as follows:
a) Place a DN 10 KF intermediate ring (Cat. No. 183 21)
on the DN 10 KF pipe bend (Cat. No. 184 31) and
attach the vacuum gauge (15) with a DN 10/16 KF ten-
sion ring (Cat. No. 18341).
b) Place the pipe bend with the mounted vacuum gauge
(15) and a DN 10 KF centering ring on the small flange
(KF) measuring port of the base plate (3) and attach it
with a tension ring.
/ Align the base plate (3) and the intermediate ring (4).
The sockets for the heatable shelves and for the RTD
measuring lines (55) should be aligned towards the
right hand side of the unit.
/ Effect the electrical connection between the basic unit
(1) and the vacuum gauge (15) or the intermediate ring (4).
a) Plug in the measuring lead (53) for the vacuum gauge
into the vacuum gauge.
b) Plug in the cable for the heating (54) of the shelves in
the corresponding socket in the intermediate ring (4).
c) Plug in the RTD line (55) marked SHELF into the
corresponding socket of the intermediate ring (4) in
which the RTD (31), to be installed later in the heatab-
le shelf, will be contacted.
Option 1 (fig 7)
/ Deballer le disque avec vanne d'actionnement
(5) (cat n° 045 62).
Celui-ci se compose:
- 1 disque obturateur (26)
- 1 bouton de manipulation (27)
- 1 aimant (teflonise) (28)
/ Disposer le disque obturateur ainsi que 1'aimanl sur
le plateau de baSe.'(l' aimant dans son logement in-
terieur).
/ Le bouton de manipulation est dispose dans le loge-
ment exterieur et est aussitSt en contact fixe par l'ai-
mantation.
Remarque:
Le disque d'obturation est en position correcte lorsque
Ton peut actionner la rotation au moyen du bouton de
manipulation.
Attention:
Surtout eviter de mettre le bouton de manipulation sur
l'aimant car l'aimantation est si forte qu'il sera tres dif-
ficile de les dissocier.
/ Monter le capteur de vide (15) sur le plateau de base (3)
A cette fin :
a) Disposer 1 anneau de centrage DN 10 KF (cat n° 183
21) sur le coude DN10KF (184 31) et fixer le capteur
avec des colliers de serrage DN10/16KF (183 41)
ensuite:
b) Placer le coude et le capteur avec un anneau de centra-
ge DN 10 KF sur la bride de mesure de vide du plateau
de base et fixer le tout avec 1 collier de serrage.
S Mettre en place correcte le plateau de base
- c.a.d. que la prise pour fiches des plateaux chauffants
et fiches des PT100 doivent se trouver du cote droit de
l'appareil.
S Raccordement electrique entre l'appareil de base et It
capteur de vide
a) introduire la fiche du cable capteur (53) sur la tete du
capteur en position verticale.
b) introduire la fiche du cable d'alimentation des plateaux
chauffants (54) dans la prise exterieure adequate.
c) introduire egalement sur la prise exterieure la fiche du
cable PT100 (shelf) (55) de l'appareil de base.
