Assembly of the Unit for Drying in the
Chamber (Fig. 1)
Note:
Make sure all the sealing surfaces are perfectly clean
before beginning assembly of the individual compo-
nents.
/ Unpack the 185 acrylic glass cylinder (2) (Cat. No. 045
56).
/ Place an L seal (24) (Cat. No. 045 58) around the rim of
the acrylic glass cylinder (2) that is not indented.
/ Place the indented rim of the acrylic glass cylinder (2)
on the condenser coils (19) of the basic unit (1) and
press firmly over the O-ring (21) of the base plate.
/ Unpack the base plate (3) (Cat. No. 045 60) and place
on top of the acrylic glass cylinder (2).
Note:

The following steps in the assembly of the unit will vary
depending on how the unit is to be used.
3.4.1
Assembly of the Chamber with Heatable
Shelves*
/ Unpack the intermediate ring (4) (Cat. No. 045 61).
/ Place an L seal (24) (Cat. No. 045 58) over the lower
rim of the intermediate ring (4).
The intermediate ring has been mounted correctly if the
4 sockets for the heatable shelves are facing upwards.
</ Mount the intermediate ring (4) on the base plate (3). At
its lower rim, the intermediate ring (4) has a centering
screw which must lie in the centering borehole of the
base plate (3).
3.4.
Installation d'un appareil muni d'une cham-
bre de dessiccation (fig 1)
Attention!
Avant tout assemblage des composants, veillez a ce que
toutes les surfaces et joints soient propres.
/ Deballer les cylindres 185 mm (2) (cat n° 045 56)
/ 1 joint en L (24) (cat n° 045 58) a fixer sur le bord
du cylindre
y Enfoncer ce cylindre dans la rainure situee aux bords
du condenseur (19) et munie d'un joint O-ring (21)
lateral (bien enfoncer - leger coup pour eviter toute fui-
te).
/ Deballer le plateau de base (3) (cat n° 045 60) et le
placer sur le bord du cylindre muni du joint en L.
Remarque:
Suivant les differentes combinaisons modulaires quc
vous avez choisies, les difParents montages qui suivent
peuvent etre realises.
3.4.1.
Montage avec chambre de dessiccation avec
plateaux chauffants*
y Deballer l'anneau intermediate avec 4 prises de cou-
rant(catn°045 61)
/ Fixer 1 joint en L (24) (cat n° 045 58) sur le bord de
l'anneau.
Remarque:
l'anneau (cat n° 045 61) est en bonne position lorsque
les 4 prises de courant se trouvent vers le haut.
Placer l'anneau sur le plateau de base (3).
Remarque:
l'anneau possede une vis de centrage qui doit se placer
dans un logement du plateau de base et empeche ainsi
l'anneau de se mouvoir.
