Changing the 2 A Input Fuse (7)

1. Turn off the unit and disconnect all test leads from the sockets
and terminals of the unit.
2. Loosen the three screws on the back of the unit (see chapter
"Replacing the Battery"). Lift off the rear cover.
3. Now remove the battery.
4. Now loosen the screws marked
with the white circles on the
right-hand picture B).
5. Then carefully flip the circuit
board forward and find the fuse
(marked with a white circle on
the right-hand picture C).
6. Carefully remove the fuse from
the fuse holder and replace it
with a fuse of the same type
and dimensions (F 250V/2 A
Ø 5 x 20 mm).
7. After the fuse has been prop-
erly replaced, re-assemble the
unit in reverse order.
CAUTION! Never operate the unit with an opened housing!
