To use the graph, find the maximum diameter of your workpiece on
the x-axis, then move upwards to the curve relevant to your material.
Then move left to the y-axis to find the corresponding feed speed.
Cut-off wheel recommendations
40A30is recommended for all-round cutting of materials <800 HV.
50A30is recommended for all-round cutting of materials >800 HV.
Note: Some materials cannot be cut using the 40A30
universal cut-off wheel; for example Titanium.
Always adapt both rotational speed (D-65 only) and feed speed
