7 Charging the battery

The following points must be observed when charging the battery:
• The capacity of a fully charged battery is sufficient for one full day.
• We recommend charging the product once a day when used by the patient on a daily basis.
• When used daily, the complete charging unit (power supply – battery charger) may remain plugged into the
wall socket.
7.1 757L20 battery charger and 757B2* EnergyPack
NOTICE
Deep discharge of the battery
Irreparable damage to the product and resulting loss of functionality in case of irregular and incomplete charging
of the battery.
► In case of long-term storage, fully charge the battery every 4 to 6 months.
1) Plug the charging station with power supply unit into the wall socket.
→ The green LED on the power supply unit and the green LED in the middle of the LED row
2) Insert one or two rechargeable batteries into the charging station.
3) The green LED for the respective charging socket lights up
starts.
4) When the rechargeable battery is fully charged, the green LED for the respective charging
socket flashes
5) Remove the rechargeable battery after the charging process is complete.
7.2 757L35 battery charger and 757B35=* rechargeable battery
12K41, 12K42, 12K44, 12K50
light up.

1) Connect the charging plug to the charging receptacle on the prosthetic socket.
→ A correct connection between the battery charger and the prosthesis is
indicated by feedback (Status signals).
2) The charging process starts.
→ The prosthesis is switched off automatically.
3) Disconnect the prosthesis when the charging process is complete.
1) Loosen the adjusting screw.
2) Move the upper arm rotation joint to the desired
position.
3) Re-tighten the adjusting screw.
