m) Adding/subtracting

Use this function to add and subtract your measurement
results. The add/subtract function is available in length, area
and volume measurement modes.
• Calculate your first measurement. This can be a length,
area or volume. Refer to the corresponding sections
for instructions ("a) Length Measurement", "c) surface
measurement" and "d) Volume measurement").
• Press the + (9) or - button (12) to add or subtract as
desired.
• Determine the next measurement. The device will
calculate the sum/difference of the two measurements
and display the result in the bottom line of the display.
This process can be repeated as often as desired.
n) Laser beam
This function allows you measure or mark angles on a
vertical surface.
• Press and hold the
second to switch on the laser beam.
