• Press the + (9) or - button (12) to select the 2-point
height measurement mode (
selection with the MEAS button (4).
• Measure the two required lengths. Refer to the measuring
sequence and the device orientation indicated by the
digits in the diagram above. The height is calculated
automatically and will appear in the bottom row of the
display.
Height measurement with three reference endpoints
The reference end points for this measurement must not
be level with the measuring plane (lines 1 & 3), e.g. when
the measuring device is on a hill or the floor of an opposite
building. The measurement for line 2 must be taken when the
device is horizontally opposite.
