• Measure the two necessary lengths between the
reference endpoints 1 + 2 from the same reference start
point. Refer to the measuring sequence and the device
orientation indicated by the digits in the diagram above.
• The length is calculated automatically and will appear in
the bottom row of the display.

l) Triangle area measurements

This functions allows you to measure the area of a triangular
surface. The measured surface area is indicated in green on
the LCD display (8).
• Press the
functions menu.
• Press the + (9) or - button (12) to select the triangle
area mode (
MEAS button (4).
• Measure the three necessary lengths from the two
reference start points. Measure in two directions from
the first starting point. Move the measuring device to the
second starting point and measure the third length. Refer
to the measuring sequence and the device orientation
button (3) to access the measurement
