Configuring the Bluetooth options
Bluetooth must be enabled in order to connect
the device to the app.
• When the letter A appears next to the icon, measured data
is automatically sent to the app (default setting).
• When the letter M appears next to the icon, measured
data can be sent to the app manually.
• Press the

Setting the unit

Select the measuring units. The current unit is
displayed on the device.
Press the MEAS button (4) to change the unit. The following
units are available:
• m = metres
• ft = feet
Setting the measuring reference (zero
point)
The zero point of the measurement can be placed in three
locations and can be changed as desired. These are the rear
side of the housing, the tripod thread and the front of the
housing.
