Restarting the integrated safety overpressure shut-off valve (OPSO)

MAINTENANCE

With proper assembly and operation, the product is maintenance free.

REPLACEMENT

To ensure that the installation functions faultlessly under normal operating conditions, it is
recommended that you replace the device within 10 years of the date of manufacture.
NOTE
According to DGUV 79, in commercial applications the device must be
replaced after 8 years.

REPAIRS

If the measures explained above under TROUBLESHOOTING do not result in regular
START-UP, and if there is no dimensioning problem, the product must be sent to the
manufacturer for a check. Our warranty does not apply in cases of unauthorised interference.

SHUT-DOWN

Close the cylinder valve and then the shut-off devices of the consumer unit. When the system
is not used, all valves must be kept close.

Low pressure regulator Type FL 90-4, Type FL 91-4
1. Close the gas withdrawal valve.
2. Ventilate the pressure regulator 
3. Tighten all connections again.
4. Depress the button
5. The safety overpressure shut-off valve
6. Check for leaks.
Loosen the sealing screw or ventilate via
the connected gas appliance.
• If there is no sealing screw,  loosen
the connection on the outlet side
• Ventilate the inlet pressure  loosen
the connection on the inlet side
(approx. 5 mm), until the button locking
into place.
(OPSO) is ready for operation.
