INSTALACE KOMPRESORU
1. Kompresor ustavit na vodorovný pevný podklad. Instalace
kompresoru nevyžaduje speciální základy nebo kotevní mís-
ta. Při ustavení dbát na dodržení odstupových vzdáleností od
stěn a dalšího zařízení z hlediska zajištění servisního přístu-
pu.
2. Provést připojení kompresoru k elektrické síti, případně
připojit dálkové ovládání nebo nadřazený systém řízení podle
schématu elektrického zapojení. Přívod el. energie musí být
jištěn s možností havarijního vypnutí !
3. Napojit výstupní potrubí na soustavu tlakového vzduchu.
Potrubí musí být připojeno tak, aby nedocházelo k přenosu
chvění a nežádoucích sil na kompresor.
Upozornění :
Pro přepravu je rám soustrojí zajištěn 4 zajišťovacími úchyty
označenými červenou barvou.
Před uvedením do provozu se musí tyto úchyty
bezpodmínečně demontovat !

COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION
1. Set the compressor on a horizontal solid base. Compressor
installation doesn't require any special foundations or anchor
plates. When setting, pay attention to specified distance
separations from walls and other equipment in order to ensure
service access.
2. Connect the compressor to power supply and/or connect a
remote control or superior control system as per wiring diagram.
Power supply has to be protected with a possibility of safety
switching-off!
4. Connect the output piping to a compressed air system. Piping to
is be connected so that vibrations and adverse forces are not
transferred to the compressor.
Caution :
For protecting during the transportation, motor support frame
has been tightened to the canopy by 4 pieces of red timbers.
Before start-up please také off these 4 red timbers and tight
support frame to the canopy (without those timbers again) by
using same nut and washer !

VERDICHTERINSTALLATION

Den Verdichter auf waagerechte feste Unterlage stellen. Die Verdich-
terinstallation benötigt weder spezielle Fundamente noch Veranke-
rungsplätze. Beim Ausrichten auf Einhaltung der Abstände von Wän-
den und anderen Einrichtungen achten, um Servicezugang zu
gewährleisten.
2.
Den Verdichter zum elektrischen Netz anschließen, ggf. die Fernbedi-
enung oder den überordneten Steuersystem nach dem elektrischen
Schaltplan anknüpfen. Die Zuleitung der elektrischen Energie muss
mit möglicher Notausschaltung gesichert werden.
3.
Die Austrittsrohrleitung an das Druckluftsystem anschließen. Die
Rohrleitung soll auf solche Art und Weise angeschlossen sein, um die
Übertragung der Vibrationen und der unerwünschten Kräften auf den
Verdichter zu vermeiden.
Hinweis:
Der Maschinensatzrahmen ist für Beförderung mittels 4 mit roter
Farbe bezeichneten Sicherungsfangstücken gesichert.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme müssen diese Fangstücke bedingungslos
demontiert werden!
