1.1.
ŠROUBOVÝ BLOK
Šroubový blok sestává ze dvou protiběžných šroubových rotorů,
uložených ve valivých ložiscích, v jejichž zubových mezerách se
stlačuje nasávaný vzduch. Mazání a chlazení šroubového bloku
je zajištěno olejem.
Šroubový blok je poháněn elektromotorem. Potřebný výkon pro
pohon šroubového bloku je přenášen Multi-V řemenem.
Řemenice je nasazena na hlavním rotoru šroubového bloku.
Správné napnutí řemene zajišťuje napínací šroub.
1.2.
REGULÁTOR SÁNÍ
Regulátor sání zajišťuje otevírání nebo uzavírání sání šroubového
bloku v závislosti na spotřebě stlačeného vzduchu.
Regulátor sestává z regulační klapky, která je ovládána
pneumatickým válcem, elektromagnetického ventilu, regulačního
potrubí atd.
Sací klapka šroubového bloku slouží zároveň jako zpětný uzávěr.
1.3.
NÁDOBA ODLUČOVAČE
Nádoba odlučovače slouží zároveň jako olejová nádrž a
vzduchojem. V nádobě dochází k hrubému odloučení oleje ze
stlačeného vzduchu.
Na nádobě odlučovače je umístěna plnící zátka kompresorového
oleje, vypouštěcí zátka, které je uzavřeno vypouštěcím kohoutem,
pojišťovací ventil a přípojky pro olejový okruh kompresoru.
V horní části nádoby je vestavěn odlučovač oleje.
Upozornění !
Nádoba odlučovače je tlakové zařízení, které podléhá podle
platných předpisů pravidelné revizi příslušných kontrolních
orgánů.

AIR END
The air end consists of two counter-rotating screw rotors mounted in
anti-friction bearings, in toothed spaces of which the sucked air is
compressed.
The air end is driven by electromotor. The output necessary for
driving the air end is transmitted by Multi-V-belt. Belt pulley is
mounted to the main rotor of the air end. The right tension of belt is
ensured by tension screw.
SUCTION REGULATOR
The suction regulator ensures opening or closing of the air end
suction in dependence on compressed air consumption.
The regulator consists of a regulation flap operated by pneumatic
cylinder, electromagnetic valve, regulation piping etc.
An air end suction flap serves also as a back-pressure closure.
SEPARATOR VESSEL
Separator vessel serves at the same time as an air and oil receiver.
In the vessel the gross oil separation from compressed air is
realized.
On the separator vessel the oil filling plugs for compressor oil, outlet
plug, safety valve and fittings to compressor oil circuit are located.
In the upper part of the vessel the oil separator is built in.
Caution !
The separator vessel is a pressure device which is, according to
relevant regulations, subject to regular inspections by corresponding
inspections authorities.
SCHRAUBENBLOCK
Der Schraubenblock besteht aus zwei in Wälzlagern gelegten Gegenlauf-
schraubrotoren, in Zahnlücken deren die angesaugte Luft komprimiert wird.
Der Schraubenblock wird ölgeschmiert und –gekühlt.
Der
Schraubenblock
ist
elektromotorgetrieben.
Schraubenblockbetrieb benötigte Leistung wird durch Multi-V-Riemen
übertragen. Die Riemenscheibe ist auf dem Schraubenblockhauptrotor
angesetzt. Richtige Riemenspannung wird mittels einer Spannschraube
sichergestellt.
SAUGREGLER
Der Saugregler öffnet und schließt die Schraubenblocksaugung abhängig
vom Druckluftverbrauch.
Der Regler besteht aus einer mit pneumatischem Walzen gesteuerter
Reglerklappe, elektromagnetischem Ventil, Steuerrohrleitung usw.

ABSCHEIDERGEFÄSS
Das Abscheidergefäß dient gleichzeitig als Öl- und Luftbehälter. Im Gefäß
wird das Öl aus der Druckluft grob abgeschieden.
Auf dem Gefäß sind ein Füllstopfen für Kompressoröl, ein durch
Ablasshahn geschlossener Ablasstopfen, ein Sicherungsventil und
Anschlusstücke für Kompressorölkreis untergebracht.
Im Gefäßoberteil ist der Ölabscheider eingebaut.
Hinweis!
Das Abscheidergefäß ist eine Druckeinrichtung, die der regelmäßigen
Revision der zuständigen Kontrollorgane nach geltenden Vorschriften
untergeordnet ist.
