ŘÍDÍCÍ AUTOMAT

požadované
kompresoru :
− rozběh a zastavení kompresoru
− automatický provoz kompresoru v nastaveném tlakovém
rozsahu
− vypínání kompresoru v režimu "AUTO"
− ochranu kompresoru a jeho odstavení při poruše
− odtlakování kompresoru při zastavení
− automatické řízení chodu kompresoru
Maximální dovolená hodnota provozního přetlaku je uvedena na
štítku kompresoru. Hodnota maximálního přetlaku, nastavená
pomocí řídícího automatu, nesmí tuto hodnotu překročit !
3.1.
UŽIVATELSKÉ ROZHRANÍ
Airmaster S1 má tři podsvětlené displeje. Každý displej je určen
pro specifický účel.
Automat může být připojen pomocí linky RS485 na dálkové řízení
a monitorování provozu.
Řídící jednotka je vybavena LED displejem, 7 tlačítky, 2
indikačními LED.

CONTROL UNIT
funkce
The control unit ensures all the demanded compressor functions :
starting and stopping the compressor
− automatic operation of the compressor in the preset pressure
range
− stopping the compressor in mode "AUTO"
− compressor protection and stopping by failure
− compressor relief during shutting-down
− automatic control of compressor operation
Max. allowed operation overpressure is specified on a production
plate. The max. pressure level which is set using the control unit
must not exceed the value!
USER INTERFACE
The controller Airmaster S1 is equipped with a LED-display, 7 push
buttons, 2 indication LED's.
The controller can also be connected to a RS485 communication line
for remote control and remote monitoring.

Kompressorfunktionen:
− Kompressoranlauf und –anhalten,
− automatischer Kompressorbetrieb im eingestellten Druckbereich,
− Kompressorabschaltung im „AUTO"-Beriebszustand,
− Verdichterschutz und -abstellung bei Störung,
− Druckabschaffung bei Kompressorstillsetzung,
− automatische Verdichterlaufsteuerung.
Der höchsterlaubte Betriebsüberdruck ist auf dem Kompressorschild
angegeben. Der mittels Steuerautomaten eingestellte Höchstüberdruck darf
diesen Wert nicht überschreiten!
SCHNITTSTELLE DES ANWENDERS
Der „Airmaster" S1 hat drei Unterlichtdisplays. Jeder Display ist für einen
Sonderzweck bestimmt.
Der Automat kann mittels der RS485 Linie zur Fernsteuerung und
Betriebmonitoring angeschlossen werden.
Die Steuereinheit ist mit einem LED-Display, mit 7 Drucktasten und 2 LED-
Indikatoren ausgestattet.
