ELEKTROMOTORY
Elektromotor kompresoru je třífázový asynchronní s kotvou
nakrátko. Některé typy elektromotorů jsou osazeny mazacími
hlavicemi pro domazávání valivých ložisek.
Rozběh a chod elektromotoru řídí frekvenční měnič. Přenos
výkonu na kompresor je zajištěn Multi-V řemenem. Řemenice
včetně řemenu jsou zakryté odnímatelným bezpečnostním
krytem.
Upozornění !
Správné napnutí řemene je základním předpokladem spolehlivé
funkce kompresoru. Proto dodržujte doporučené intervaly kontroly
napnutí řemenového převodu.
Elektromotor ventilátoru je třífázový asynchronní s kotvou
nakrátko. Rozběh elektromotoru je proveden přímo. Vrtule
ventilátoru je nasazena na hřídeli elektromotoru a je krytá
odnímatelným bezpečnostním krytem.
Elektromotor v základním provedení je osazen valivými ložisky
uzavřenými s trvalou náplní mazacího tuku.
Poznámka :
Kontrola, údržba a revize elektromotorů se provádí na
základě požadavků a doporučení výrobce elektromotorů a v
souladu s intervaly údržby kompresoru, které jsou uvedeny v
tomto návodu.

ELECTROMOTORS
The compressor electromotor is three-phase asynchronous squirrel
cage motor. Some electromotor types are fitted with nipples used for
lubricating anti-friction bearings.
The electromotor is with frequency inverter started and drived. Multi-
V-belt provide transmission of output to the compressor. Belt pulley
including belt are covered by removable protection cover.
Caution !
The right tension of belt is necessary for reliable function of the
compressor. Therefore, follow the intervals recommended for
checking belt tension.
A ventilator electromotor is a three-phase asynchronous squirrel cage
motor. Start up of the motor is direct. A ventilator propeller is fitted to
electromotor shaft and is covered by removable protection cover.
The electromotor in its basic version is fitted with anti-friction bearings
encased with a permanent grease filling.
Note :
Checking, maintenance and inspection of electromotors is to be
carried out according to requirements and recommendations of
the electromotor manufacturer and in compliance with intervals
of compressor maintenance specified in the Handbook.
ELEKTROMOTOREN
Der
Verdichterelektromotor
ist
dreiphasig
Kurzschlussläufer. Einige Elektromotortypen sind mit Schmierköpfen zum
Wälzlagernachschmieren bestückt.
Elektromotorlauf und –anlauf werden vom Frequenzwandler gesteuert. Die
Leistung wird auf den Verdichter durch den Multi-V-Riemen übertragen. Die
Riemenscheibe einschließlich des Riemens sind durch abnehmbare
Sicherheitsabdeckung gedeckt.
Hinweis !
Die richtige Riemenspannung bildet Grundvoraussetzung für zuverlässige
Verdichterfunktion. Deswegen die empfohlenen Kontrollintervalle der
Getrieberiemenspannung halten.
Der Lüfterelektromotor ist dreiphasig, asynchron mit Kurzschlußläufer. Der
Elektromotor läuft direkt an. Der Lüfterpropeller ist auf der
Elektromotorwelle eingesetzt und durch abnehmbare Sicherheitsabdeckung
geschützt.
In der Grundausführung ist der Elektromotor mit geschlossenen Wälzlagern
mit Schmierfettdauerfüllung bestückt.

-instandhaltung
und
aufgrund
der
Anforderung
und
Elektromotorherstellers und im Einklang mit den in dieser Anleitung
angegebenen Wartungsintervallen des Verdichters durchgeführt.
