2.2.
KONTROLA OLEJE
Hladina oleje so kontroluje na olejoznaku, který je umístěn na
nádobě odlučovače.
Hladinu oleje doporučujeme z důvodu ustálení olejové náplně
kontrolovat před spuštěním kompresoru.
Jestliže je kompresor v klidu, nesmí hladina klesnou pod dolní
značku na olejoznaku.
Výstraha !
Při doplňování oleje musí být vnitřní okruh kompresoru bez
tlaku !
Postup kontroly :
1. Kompresor vypnout a zajistit proti náhodnému zapnutí.
2. Vyčkat cca 5 minut při klidovém stavu.
3. Zkontrolovat hladinu oleje.
4. Dolít potřebné množství oleje stejného druhu na maximální
hladinu.
5. Uzávěr rukou pevně zašroubovat.
6. Po spuštění překontrolovat těsnost uzávěru, popřípadě
vyměnit těsnící kroužek v uzávěru.
2.3.
VÝMĚNA OLEJE
Základní interval výměny pro originální olejovou náplň ATMOS je
2000 provozních hodin (nejméně 1x ročně). Při použití jiného
oleje je třeba intervaly výměny konzultovat s výrobcem.
Olej se vypustí vyšroubováním vypouštěcí zátky na vypouštěcím
potrubí nádoby odlučovače.
Upozornění !
Servisní středisko výrobce si vyhrazuje právo upravit interval
výměny kompresorového oleje, event. olejového filtru a vložky
odlučovače podle pracovního prostředí kompresoru !

OIL CHECK
Fluid level sight glass serves as a level indicator. Observe the level
from this sight glass.
It is recommended to check the oil level prior the compressor starting
for reasons the oil is laid down at the bottom.
Level must not fall to the bottom of the glass when compressor is not
running.
Warning !
During the oil filling the compressor inner circuit shall be
without pressure !
Check procedure :
1. Turn off the compressor and secure it against the accidental
turning on.
2. Wait ca.5 minutes at a standstill.
3. Check the oil level.
4. Fill up the necessary quantity of the same type oil to the maxi-
mum level.
5. Screw in the closure by hand firmly.
6. After starting the compressor check the closure tightness, aptly
replace the sealing ring in the closure.
OIL EXCHANGE
The basic interval for original oil ATMOS exchange is 2000 hours (1x
a year as minimum). If another oil type is used the exchange intervals
shall be consulted with the manufacturer.
The oil will be discharged by screwing out the discharging plug at the
separator outlet piping.
Caution !
Manufacturer´s Service centre reserves for itself the right to modify
the intervals of compressor oil or oil filter and separator element
exchange according to compressor operation surroundings !
ÖLÜBERPRÜFUNG
Der Ölstand wird auf dem auf dem Abscheidergefäss befestigten
Ölstandzeiger gemessen.
Wir
empfehlen,
den
Ölstand
vor
dem
Ölfüllungsstabilisierung wegen zu kontrollieren.
Im Verdichterstillstand darf der Ölstand unter die untere Ölstandmarke nicht
sinken.
Warnung!
Beim Ölnachfüllen muss der innere Verdichterkreis ohne Druck sein!
Überprüfungsverfahren:
1. Den Verdichter ausschalten und gegen zufälliges Einschalten sichern.
2. Etwa 5 Minuten beim Stillstand warten.
3. Den Ölstand überprüfen.
4. Notwendige Menge des gleichartigen Öls auf maximalen Ölstand
nachfüllen.
5. Den Verschluss mit Hand fest einschrauben.
6. Nach Anlauf die Verschlussdichtigkeit überprüfen, ggf. den Dichtung-
sring im Verschluss wechseln.
ÖLWECHSEL
Das Grundwechselintervall für ATMOS Originalölfüllung ist gleich 2000
Betriebsstunden (mindestens einmal jährlich). Bei Anwendung eines
anderen Öls müssen die Wechselintervalle mit dem Hersteller besprochen
werden.
Das Öl wird durch Ausschrauben des Auslasstopfens auf der
Abscheiderrohrleitung ausgelassen.
Hinweis!
Das Servicezentrum des Herstellers behält sich das Recht vor, das
Wechselintervall für Kompressoröl oder Ölfilter und der Abscheidereinlage
der Arbeitsumwelt des Verdichters gemäß zu regeln!
