How the pump installed in the tank works:
•
The pump never turns on when in the drawing operation from the mains only.
•
In the automatic operation, in addition to the pump inside the AQUAPROF starting, the second
pump starts as well when there is water in the tank. When there is no water in the tank the pump
remains off.
IMPORTANT
Once the hydraulic and electrical installation has been completed, seal the empty space in
zones 16 and 17 of fig. 1 with an appropriate sponge, this prevents small animals entering
inside the system and guarantees better functioning of the internal pump as well as reducing
the noise level.
Replace the front panel making sure that it is correctly connected to the rear panel.

5. Start-up
Check the following points before start-up:
•
Make sure that the power supply is disconnected.
•
All hydraulic connections must be tight.
•
All electrical connections must be checked.
•
The inside of the system's cabinet must be clean.
•
All pipe ways must be sealed.
See also section 6 for the pump's control panel use instructions.
Proceed as follows:
Start-up with mains water
1. Open the mains water pipe on-off valve, the tank will automatically fill.
2. Remove the filler plug of the pump and leave it to fill completely, replace the plug when filling is
complete.
3. Open the delivery on-off valve.
4. Make sure that there are no leaks in the hydraulic system.
5. Connect the power supply using a socket that is protected by a circuit breaker, the green power
on led lights.
6. With push-button 2 select the ONLY operation led 7 flashing and led 8 on flashing.
7. The pump starts and the yellow pump on led on the control panel lights.
8. The pump turns of after 15-20 seconds if all the system taps are closed.
Start-up with water from the collection tank
Start-up with water from the collection tank is only possible if the water level is over 25% of the
maximum value, if it is not, top up the tank until the said level is exceeded.
Proceed as follows:
1. Press push-button 2, place the unit in automatic, the led 7 lights.
2. Wait 6-8 seconds for the valve to switch to the collection tank.
3. Turn a tap on, due to the drop in pressure in the system the pump starts and begins to prime
itself, when air no longer exits from the tap but just water, close the tap and the pump will
automatically turn off.
If the pump goes into alarm with led 6 on, press push-button 1 until normal functioning once
again resumes. If this operation needs to be repeated more than 3 times, remove the plug from
the power supply and replace it otherwise the system will automatically reset after an hour.
