6.1 Static data

• Installation of the PC software from the CD.
If you don´t have this CD anymore you also can download all
necessary files from our webpage:

o Connection of the easyTRX2S device by means of the supplied
cable to the USB port of the PC
o THEN, connection of the easyTRX2S device to 12VDC
o Wait until Windows recognizes the connected unit and
• start the easyTRX2S Programming Software.
Configuration of ship data (enter the MMSI carefully), although
the MMSI is usually entered by the distributor.
The software is designed plain and simple. You need to enter the
MMSI and the other ship data. Please keep in mind that the MMSI can
