Instructions for Use (by product number):
1. Open the sterile peel pack and remove the ENDOGATOR™ Hybrid Irrigation Tubing. Open a bottle of sterile water
(1000cc or 1500cc). Drop the angle cut tubing bundle into the sterile water bottle and firmly tighten the bottle cap to
ensure a secure seal. Remove the 24 hour label from the pouch and apply it to the bottle of sterile water. Write the
date and time on the label.
NOTE:
If CO 2 source is used, connect CO 2 input to backflow valve of CO 2 tubing input.
NOTE:
To prevent water leakage, always place irrigation tubing in pump head regardless of whether irrigation is
needed and engage the pinch clip on the irrigation tubing when not in use.
2. Place the ENDOGATOR Hybrid Irrigation Tubing, connected to the bottle of sterile water, in the water bottle holder
provided on the pump.

Open the pump head. Place the printed section of the irrigation tubing, where the text "Place in Pump Head"
is printed, in the pump head and close. (Note: Ensure that the text "Place in Pump Head" is centered, aligned and
carefully pulled taut before closing the pump head.) Take care to prevent the connectors from touching the ground.

Holding both connectors in one hand, open the pump head, insert the pump tube of the irrigation tubing and close
the pump head. (Note: Ensure that the pump tubing between the tubing connectors is centered, aligned, and carefully
pulled taut before closing the pump head.) Take care to prevent the connectors from touching the ground.
4. Attach the ENDOGATOR Hybrid Irrigation Tubing to the GI endoscope's auxiliary water port by luer-locking onto an
auxiliary water jet connector, such as the (#100241). Engage the threads of the connector and turn slowly until you feel
resistance. (For specific instructions with regards to the connector, follow the IFU for the connector).
5. Connect the air/water connector of the ENDOGATOR Hybrid Irrigation Tubing to the air/water port of the GI endoscope
with a firm pushing motion. If using a CO 2 source, connect CO 2 tubing directly to the CO 2 backflow valve luer input
on ENDOGATOR Hybrid Irrigation Tubing.
6. Prime the tubing and the auxiliary water channel prior to use by activating the foot pedal; flush water through the entire
GI endoscope.
7. Turn on the air processor or CO 2 .
8. Prime the channel and test for air and water prior to insertion of GI endoscope into patient. If the water pressure is low,
then ensure that the water bottle is tightly closed.
WARNING:
To prevent cross-contamination, always prime the auxiliary water channel prior to inserting the GI endoscope
into patient.
9. If the water bottle needs to be replaced, use proper aseptic techniques.
10. When the procedure is finished, close the pinch clip and disconnect from the GI endoscope.
11. Turn off the air processor/CO 2 source at the conclusion of the procedure. Turn the pump off before disconnecting.
12. Discard the ENDOGATOR Hybrid Irrigation Tubing daily. (For specific instructions with regards to the auxiliary water
jet connector, follow the IFU).
