I. Einleitung/Allgemeines
•
Diese Bedienungsanleitung dient zur fachgerechten
Gerätehandhabung und sollte sowohl vor der Inbetrieb
nahme als auch regelmäßig während der Nutzungszeit
gelesen werden.
•
Beim Wiederverkauf des Gerätes Bedienungsanleitung
stets mit übergeben.
•
Das REMA TIP TOP VULCSTARVulkanisiergerät wurde
zur Vulkanisation von mit Rohgummi verfüllten und
mit Reparaturpflastern versehenen Schadensstellen an
LLKW, LKW und ASReifen entwickelt und den dort
herrschenden Arbeitsbedingungen angepasst.
•
Die Arbeitsgänge für die Bearbeitung von Reparatur
stellen sind den entsprechenden TIP TOP /2Wege
Reparaturanleitungen zu entnehmen.
•
Die
in
dieser
Bedienungsanleitung
Arbeitsschritte und Sicherheitshinweise entbinden den
Benutzer/Betreiber nicht von seinen allgemeinen Sorg
faltspflichten im Umgang mit technischen Geräten.
•
Alle Angaben dieser Bedienungsanleitung beziehen
sich
ausschließlich auf die Verwendung von original
REMA TIP TOP Material und Zubehör.

I. Introduction/general Information
•
This manual explains the correct handling of the
machine. It should be studied before the machine is put
into operation, and read regularly when the machine is
operated.
•
Whenever the machine is sold again, pass this manual
on to the new owner.
•
The REMA TIP TOP VULCSTAR vulcanizing machine
is designed for the vulcanization of an injury filled with
uncured rubber on a light truck, truck or agricultural tyre
and the repair patch applied to it. The machine is also
adapted to the working conditions, under which these
operations are carried out.
•
For information about injury preparation, refer to the rel
evant working instructions for tyre repairs with TIP TOP
aufgeführten
vulcanizing materials and machines.
•
Besides the explanations and safety instructions in this
manual, the user / operator has to take into account the
precautions relating to the use of all technical devices.
•
All the information given in this manual refers only to
the use of original REMA TIP TOP materials and acces
sories.
•
