V. Geräteaufstellung/
Installation vor Erstinbetriebnahme
Nach der Anlieferung und vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme
des TIP TOP VULCSTAR-Vulkanisiergerätes sind einige
vorbereitende Maßnahmen notwendig.
•
Zielfläche für die Geräteaufstellung einschließlich der
notwendigen Verkehrsflächen/Arbeitsflächen bestim­
men. Auf ausreichende Tragfähigkeit des Standortes
achten: 000 kg / m² !
•
Lieferzusammenstellung auf Vollständigkeit und mögli­
che Beschädigungen/Mängel überprüfen.
•
TIP TOP VULCSTAR­Vulkanisiergerät mit geeignetem
Hubgerät (z.B. Gabelstapler) an Zielfläche verbringen.
•
Auf ebenen, sicheren Stand sowie ausreichende
Abstände zu angrenzenden Geräten, Wänden etc. ach­
ten!
•
Verpackungsmaterial entfernen, Gerätewanne auf tro­
ckenen und sauberen Zustand überprüfen.
•
Gerätewanne schrittweise zu ca. 2/3 (ca. 8 Säcke) mit
original TIP TOP Formgranulat befüllen und gleichmäßig
verteilen.
Sicherheitshinweis: Nur trockenes Formgranulat ver­
wenden.
•
Heizelement so auf die Formgranulat­Oberfläche aufle­
gen, dass die Anschlussleitung zur Geräterückseite liegt
und anschließend restliches Formgranulat gleichmäßig
verteilt einfüllen. Heizelement muß hierbei ca. 5­6 cm
mit Formgranulat überdeckt sein.
•
Beiliegende Zubehörteile in den hierfür vorgesehenen
Ablagen deponieren und untere Frontabdeckung mon­
tieren.
•
VULCSTAR­Gerät nunmehr an örtliches Strom­ und
Druckluftnetz anschließen. Netzkontrollleuchte leuchtet.
Sicherheitshinweis: Die Anschlusswerte gemäß Typen­
schild müssen mit den Werten des örtlichen Strom­
und Druckluftnetzes übereinstimmen. Bei fehlender
Übereinstimmung Gerät nicht anschließen! Anschluss
von einem Fachmann durchführen lassen!
•
Nunmehr Gerät durch Aufziehen der Zeitschaltuhr für
5 Min. in Betrieb nehmen und hierdurch Funktion der
Beheizung sowie der Steuerbox überprüfen.
Beheizungskontrollleuchte leuchtet während der ein­
gestellten Heizzeit.
a Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Heizzeit wird die Heizung
selbsttätig abgeschaltet. Hierbei muss an der Ober­
fläche des Formgranulates eine deutliche Temperatur­
erhöhung festzustellen sein.
Sicherheitshinweis: Schutzhandschuhe verwenden!
Gefahr von Brandverletzungen.
a Falls die Beheizungskontrollleuchte nicht leuch­
tet, Sicherung und Netzanschluss auf Funktion und
Richtigkeit überprüfen. Soweit hierbei kein Fehler fest­
zustellen ist, Gerät vom Netz trennen und dieses von
einem Elektrofachmann auf Funktion überprüfen las­
sen.
Sollte nach Ablauf der eingestellten Heizzeit keine auto­
matische Abschaltung/Ablauf der Uhr erfolgen, Gerät
vom Netz trennen und von TIP TOP Techniker auf
Funktion überprüfen lassen.
•
Soweit während des Probebetriebes keine Mängel
festgestellt wurden, steht das Gerät nunmehr für den
bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatz zur Verfügung.

V. Installation of the machine (before put-
ting it into operation for the first time
Several preparations have to be made upon delivery,
before putting the TIP TOP VULCSTAR machine into
operation for the first time.
•
Choose the place where the machine should be installed,
provide the necessary access; make sure that there is
enough space for work, and that the safe floor­load is
not exceeded where the vulcanizing machine is located!
(load: approx. 000 kg / m²).
•
Check whether the shipment is complete and in good
condition.
•
Move the TIP TOP VULCSTAR vulcanizing machine
to the appropriate place using the appropriate lifting
device (e.g. fork lift truck).
•
Make sure that the machine is secured correctly and
stands on an even surface, far enough from other
machines, walls etc.
•
Remove the packing and check whether the pressure
bed is dry and clean.
•
Fill about 2 thirds of the pressure bed gradually with
original TIP TOP granules (approx. 8 bags) and distrib­
ute them evenly.
Safety instruction: Use only dry granules!
•
Put the heating element on the surface of the granules,
with the connection cable towards the rear of the vul­
canizing machine, then put the remaining granules into
the pressure bed, distributing them evenly. The heating
element must be covered with an approx. 5­6 cm thick
layer of granules.
Put the enclosed accessories on the appropriate tool
shelves, and mount the lower front panel.

Then connect the VULCSTAR machine to the local
mains and compressed air supply. The indicator lamp
for mains power supply illuminates.
Safety instruction: The local air and electrical power
supply must be equal to that stated on the machine data
plate. If it is not equal to that stated on the machine data
plate, do not plug the machine in! Have it connected by
a qualified specialist!
Then put the machine into operation by setting the timer
to 5 minutes. Thus check whether the heating system
and the control box work correctly. The indicator lamp
for the operation of the heating system is on during the
previously set curing time.

At the end of the previously set curing time, the heating
system switches off automatically. At this moment, a
significant increase in temperature should be noted on
the surface of the granules.
Safety instruction: Use protective gloves! Danger of
burning!

If the indicator lamp for the operation of the heating sys­
tem does not illuminate, check whether the fuse and the
mains power supply are appropriate and work correctly.
If no defect is found, disconnect the machine from the
mains. Have the machine checked by a qualified electri­
cian.
If the previously set time has not elapsed on the timer or
if the machine has not switched off automatically at the
end of the previously set time, disconnect the machine
from the mains, and have it checked by a TIP TOP tech­
nician.
•
If no defects have been found during the a.m. trial serv­
ice, the machine is ready for normal operation.
