Before Initial use

❐ Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items Supplied and
Device Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you find any damage to the components,
do not use them (!), but contact the customer service department.
2. Charge up the battery (see the "Charging Up the Battery" chapter).

❐ Remove the charger from the plug socket if you are not using it for a prolonged period.
❐ It is essential that you charge up the battery fully before you first use the device in order to
achieve the maximum charging capacity. The first charge will last 24 hours.

Crevice Nozzle
The crevice nozzle is ideally suited to vacuum cleaning places
which are hard to reach, such as crevices, corners and gaps in
sofas and for cleaning inside cars.
Upholstery Nozzle
The upholstery nozzle is suitable for cleaning smaller surface
areas such as upholstered furniture, sofas, car seats etc.
1. First plug the jack connector of the charger into the connecting
socket on the back of the hand-held vacuum cleaner and then
into a properly installed, easily accessible plug socket.
2. Allow the battery of the device to charge up for around 10 –
12 hours. The control lamp will light up during the charging
process and will go out when the battery is fully charged.
3. Disconnect the charger from the mains power and then from
the device. Store it out of the reach of children.
