Extension Rod

The extension rod can be used to increase the reach of the cordless hand-held vacuum cleaner.
This means you can then also reach places that are hard to access with ease. In combination with
the fl oor nozzle, the cordless hand-held vacuum cleaner can be transformed into a small vacuum
cleaner for cleaning fl oors (see the "Floor Nozzle" section).
1. First plug the upper handle rod into the lower extension rod. Make sure that the rod locks
in place securely. Do not plug the upper handle rod directly into the receptacle on
the device!
2. Then plug the assembled rod into the receptacle on the device. Here too you should make
sure that the rod locks in place securely!
3. To detach the extension rod, press the release button and as you do this pull the rod up and
out of the receptacle on the device.

Attaching / changing nozzles

The cordless vacuum cleaner can be used without any
attachment or with a nozzle.
To attach a nozzle, plug the nozzle directly into the suction
opening on the cordless vacuum cleaner. Make sure that the
nozzle is seated correctly.
To detach the nozzle, simply pull the nozzle out of the suction
opening.
